The new system is introduced in order to punish those who after 100 posts in the hope that at least 1 of them due to the viral effect will get a lot of money.
If you don't post more than 4 posts per day, you will not even notice the system. If you want to post more than 4 posts per day, you can earn more money if your posts are about the same quality. Although profitability will decline.
If you post more than 10 messages a day, and as 1 of them will receive a great reward, you will receive only 15 percent of the premiums that would be received for this post, if not exceeded the limit.
Comments on no time limitation do not apply.
These changes primarily aimed at improving the quality of Content rather than increasing its quantity.

Prevention of attacks such as Sybil attack"
