HIVE and Real Estate for Passive Income and Capital Appreciation

HIVE is the only online investment and my only working place which is no doubt provides me earning so that I can fulfill my monthly needs. I believe this is my wisest investment choice and I have a reason for this.

This is the investment platform which not gives me passive income also appreciate my capital by the passage of time. I love all those business which gives me daily income and also increase and build my wealth by the passage of time.

I am happy with #hive because if in case I cant earn from the platform then still I am satisfied because in the long run #HIVE will build my wealth and similarly if it can't appreciate my money and give me passive income then its still OK for me.

I want to invest in the project which gives me multiple benefits. Such as Hive ecosystem which provides me with passive monthly earning and also build my wealth in the long run.

Now, I am thinking to find another investment project this time physically that must have the similarity to the hive ecosystem. After long search and deep thinking I came to the conclusion that Real Estate and property investment gives me the same benefits as HIVE.

Real estate is something that allows to earn passive income as well as will give growth to the wealth. I don't know about other places but in my country this investment market has great importance and is one of the expensive investment.

If you have a good home then you earn good money from it. The benefit of real estate is that you can rent your home and instead earn good monthly income. A single home can give me about 30K to 40K PKR which is the expense of a middle class family here.

# Building Financial Freedom With Hive And Real Estate

Now, think if you have multiple property how much can you earn on monthly basis. Not only passive income but also your capital will increase with the passage of time.

I am remember just only 5 years back, 1sqft costs us around 2000 per feet and now you cant imagine that one square per feet costs around 7000-9000 PKR depending upon the area. Which means that your amount is been 4 times now.

This is the investment market which gives you passive income and also build your financial wealth. The good thing about HIVE and real estate is capital appreciation. While you are busy earning on monthly basis you will realize that your capital have been increased by 10 times or even more.

The case is that when hive will reach $2 then my capital will increase by 10 times or even more. Therefore I like to work and invest in HIVE and REAL ESTATE because of this two reasons, a passive income and capital growth.
