Greetings friends #Hive, today I want to share with you that home I frequently prepare Ginger tea, with Lemon and Honey, these ingredients are recommended for their high medicinal content, and in my home these ingredients are not lacking, especially in the middle of this Pandemic of the Covid-19, I prepare it regularly and thus I have the guarantee that my family can improve before any cold.

The ingredients are: Ginger, Lemon and Honey. I prepare it in a very simple way, I remove the skin from the ginger, and cut it into slices, add it to the container, add two cups of water, squeeze the lemon, and place it on the fire until it boils for about 5 minutes.

I add the honey at the end, you can see I place it in the cup, and I strain the infusion that I remove from the kitchen.

Ready I have a ginger, honey and lemon tea ideal to prevent and attack colds, from my experience this combination has very special antibiotic and anti-inflammatory power, it can help lower the temperature and reduce inflammation of the throat quickly.
