Not sure how many game of Thrones fans we have on steemit but today it has been confirmed that HBO is working on ideas for a spinoff series based in the world of Westeros. Details are so far been kept secret but the new show looks likely to be a prequel to the show we all love. Hints have been around online for a while that Roberts Rebelion would be the spin off if one was made but that has been mostly fan speculation but very likely to be one of the plot lines being developed.

Now it's not thought that all four plots will be made, most probably only one would see the light of day, two if we're lucky so apart from Roberts Rebelion other possible plots could be the rise of the  Targaryens to the Iron Throne, the Doom of Valyria or even the Tales of Dunc and Egg which are a series of short stories by George R R Martin. That said I could be having a Jon Snow moment and know nothing.

We'll all have to wait a few years before any news most likely as we still have two seasons of Ice and fire to go and we may never find out what all four plots will be. At least we know that Westeros won't be leaving our screens when season 8 ends.
