**Hola queridos Hivers.**

En Aliento, trabajamos día a día en apoyar a los creadores de contenido en Hive y en especial, a aquellos que hacen vida en las *[Comunidades Amigas](https://peakd.com/hive-110011/@aliento/actualizacion-sobre-la-comunidad-aliento-y-comunidades-amigas)* que apoyamos.

En esta publicación queremos animarles a seguir creando contenido de calidad para Hive, por ello resaltamos el Top 7 de publicaciones curadas. También queremos darles a conocer algunas comunidades y para que así puedan publicar en el nicho correcto. Recordamos que cada comunidad es autónoma y deben leer y cumplir sus reglas antes de publicar en ellas.

#### Sobre las recompensas

Sabemos que el trabajo de curación en Hive es muy demandante y no siempre es bien pagado. Es por eso que al igual que otros proyectos hemos decidido poner como beneficiarios a los curadores de las comunidades que apoyamos. Un 70% será destinado a ellos, un 20% a la persona encargada de hacer la selección de los mejores 7 posts y un 10% para sus colaboradores.

>Quería comenzar que luego de poner la fibra óptica, tuve que esperar hasta el día de hoy para poder adquirir un Reuter, ya que la compañía que me vendió la fibra no tenía disponibilidad de Reuter, así que tuve que reunir poco a poco, claro yo quería comprarlo hace 2 semanas, pero la caída del mercado hizo que tuviera que esperar un poco más, mientras tanto usaba el Hostpot o la opción de zona de cobertura de la laptop de mi esposa para tener wifi en la casa.

>Hace poco me enteré de que la popular serie de televisión, titulada The Walking Dead, había llegado a su fin. Ya sabía yo que la historia de los supervivientes y los zombis llegaría a su inevitable final, y aunque ya le había perdido el interés desde hace mucho tiempo he de confesar que estaba ansioso por la forma en la que los productores de la franquicia inspirada en los comics de Robert Kirkman culminarían tantos embrollos, conflictos, pérdidas y por sobre todo el rumbo que tomaría la peste de los cadáveres hambrientos.

>Unos de los ejercicios que mas me gustan son los de triceps, ya que estos nos hacen ver el brazo mas grandes, pero no solo basta con eso, esta rutina contiene ejercicios que entrenan todos los musculos del torso, asi que si deseamos un buen cuerpo les recomiendo esta rutina.

>Saludos comunidad tengo tiempo sin publicar por aquí y es que he estado full con los ensayo para la fiesta aniversario de mi Academia Salseros que será el 9 de Diciembre, cometí la locura de participar en 3 coreografías diferentes y se pueden imaginar el nivel de estrés que eso genera, estos último mes solo he estado ensayando fuertemente y no he tenía tiempo de bailar una social ni nada que no sea la coreografía.
