¡Saludos, comunidad!

Hoy queremos hablarles de forma práctica y sencilla, el por qué delegar Hive Power, específicamente al Proyecto Aliento. Pero antes de eso, es importante aclarar algunos conceptos:

### ***¿Qué es el Hive Power?***

Por si alguien no lo sabe, el Hive Power es el *HIVE en stake*, también conocido como HP. Básicamente, es el porcentaje de tus recompensas por creación de contenido que no se convierte en HIVE líquido. Además, puedes obtener Hive Power convirtiendo HIVE líquido a HP mediante un *power up*.

### ***¿Qué significa delegar Hive Power?***

Delegar Hive Power es una herramienta que permite a los usuarios compartir temporalmente su HP con otros usuarios o proyectos. Esta delegación puede retirarse en cualquier momento, aunque el proceso tarda 5 días. Al delegar, estás cediendo parte de tu poder de voto, lo que permite que el receptor lo use para votar contenidos.

Es importante que sepas que delegar HP (Hive Power), y delegar RC (Recursos) son dos cosas distintas y con un fin diferente.

### ***¿Por qué delegar a un proyecto?***

Muchos usuarios no utilizan su poder de voto, ya sea por falta de tiempo o por descuido. Cuando el VP (poder de voto) permanece al 100%, se dice que se está “quemando VP”, lo que en realidad significa que se está dejando de ganar recompensas por curación.

Delegar tu HP a un proyecto como Aliento es una manera de aprovechar ese poder. El proyecto utilizará tu HP delegado para votar contenido de otros usuarios, lo que incrementa el valor de sus votos según la cantidad total de HP que tenga delegada.

Además de apoyar al proyecto, puedes recibir recompensas en HIVE líquido u obtener otros beneficios, dependiendo de la política de cada proyecto. Delegar también es una forma de mostrar confianza y agradecimiento por el trabajo realizado, más allá de los votos.

En Aliento, realizamos los pagos a nuestros delegadores todos los miércoles desde la cuenta @aliento.pay. Es importante aclarar que la delegación debe hacerse a la cuenta @aliento para que sea válida y genere recompensas. Llevamos más de cuatro años distribuyendo de manera constante las recompensas de curación entre nuestros delegadores.

Eso es cierto va a depender de cada uno de nosotros que cantidad de HP va a delegar pero claro siempre hay que tener en cuenta algunos detalles. Una pregunta dónde puedo ver la cantidad de HP que puedo delegar y qué recompensas podría obtener si Hive ó algún otro token de la segunda capa

Delegar es bueno, pero muchas veces se delega a proyectos que nunca te votan casi tus contenidos qué haces con esfuerzo y dedicación, lo que lleva consigo a que hoy en día con una bajada que tiene hive, las personas se reserven sus HP y pocos delegan. 

Porque si vieran que sus post son curados, pues le dan más valor a las delegaciones familia y pues más crecieran.

Se que son una comunidad buena @aliento, pero muchas veces pasa eso dentro de la blockchain en general.

Hola @ibarra95 un gusto saludarte.

Cabe aclarar, por si quizás quedó la duda, que los votos en Hive no están asegurados y que ese beneficio va a depender del proyecto a quien le delegue, que por lo general el único beneficio es recibir recompensas en HIVE líquido por delegación.

Sin embargo en Aliento, además de eso, brindamos guías, tutoriales, asesorias a nuevos y curamos contenidos de diferentes usuarios, nos hayan delegado o no, ya que el voto que damos no es por una delegación, eso se vería como abuso en Hive, tipo una compra de voto.

Oye no sabía que esto se podía, ciertamente mi HP que aunque es poco, está utilizado ya que no paso por acá frecuentemente, pero si lo del ego al proyecto aliento se que contribuiré a sostener la comunidad y me podré beneficiar de recibir hive líquido.

Proyectos como Aliento, cumplen una función muy importante en el ecosistema de Hive y más aún, para la comunidad hispanohablante. No recuerdo bien, pero tengo delegado hace más de un año y doy fe que todos los miércoles recibo los Hive líquido directo a mi cuenta. Más allá de que, en mi caso, estoy casi todo el día curando contenido, me gusta ayudar a proyectos que trabajan en pos de nuestro ecosistema y además agradecer todo el apoyo que recibimos durante el año.

Invito a todos a realizar una delegación, que por más mínima que sea, suma. Un montón de pocos, hacen un mucho.
