# Comprensión 

_Es la capacidad o facultad que tenemos los seres humanos de entender las cosas percibir por qué ocurren y hasta llegar a justificar las._


Que bonito es sentirse comprendido, y más cuando has metido la pata y lo lamentas muchísimo, tanto, que ni tú te perdonarias.

Por otro lado, que la otra persona logre comprendernos, al grado de poderse en nuestros zapatos es algo realmente especial.

Un aspecto en que nosotros podemos ser más comprensivos con los demás es cuando una persona está pasando por un mal momento o cuando alguien se equivoca.

Vamos a especificar todos estos dos casos ¿está bien?

How beautiful it feels good, and more when you've messed up and you're so sorry, so much so that not even you would forgive yourself.

On the other hand, that the other person manages to understand us, to the degree of being able to walk in our shoes is something really special.

One aspect in which we can be more understanding with others is when a person is going through a bad time or when someone makes a mistake.

Let's specify all these two cases, okay?

Empecemos con el primero.

# Alguien está pasando por un mal momento y no lo sabemos.

Notamos que la persona está sumamente callada. Si no somos comprensivos, inmediatamente pensaremos que está persona es odiosa, que no quiere hablar con nadie y es desagradable para nosotros. ¿Pero y si el caso es que actuamos con más empatía y tratamos de comprender qué le pasa a esta persona? Nuestra imaginación y sus gestos pueden revelarnos ya cierta información, esto nos motivará a abordar a la persona, y con mucha tacto preguntar qué le ocurre o como se siente.

Hacer esto es importante, sobre todo al tratar con nuestros familiares y a Migos más allegados, estos seguro agradecerán que no los juguemos con dureza y tratemos de comprenderlos.

# Cuando alguien se equivoca.

Vamos a estar claros de que nadie está exento de falta, todos nos equivocamos alguna vez y agradecemos que nos perdonen y mejor aún que olviden lo que hemos hecho. ¿ Y si somos más comprensivos y menos exigentes con los demás? a veces es necesario pasar la página y seguir adelante.

Enfrascarnos en un asunto o en buscar culpables no arreglará la situacion o el problema que estamos afrontando. A veces de hecho, el problema no siquiera es tan grave como para que reaccionemos de una forma exagerada. Un poco de comprensión y ser flexibles ante los cambios puede calmar los ánimos.

No todas las cosas siempre suceden como esperamos, debemos entender que no todos harán las cosas a nuestra manera así que hay que ser razonables, si es así, seremos más felices. 😃

Let's be clear that no one is exempt from fault, we all make mistakes at times and we appreciate that you forgive us and even better that you forget what we have done. What if we are more understanding and less demanding with others? sometimes you need to turn the page and move on.

Getting involved in a matter or looking for blame will not fix the situation or the problem we are facing. Sometimes in fact, the problem isn't even serious enough for us to overreact. A little understanding and being flexible in the face of changes can calm things down.

Not all things always happen as we expect, we must understand that not everyone will do things our way so we must be reasonable, if so, we will be happier. 😃
