Usually, people have a need of stability, security, an everyday life that everything is under control. Comfort zone is a target that many people try to achieve.
The thing is that emotions control the meaning of comfort zone. Feeling powerful makes you think that you can do everything, you are in the place you should be and you can feel safe whenever you want. On the other hand, if your self confidence is under the line you may never feel stable and sure for what you do, if it’s right or wrong.
Self esteem is the key word. Continuously living your life may guides to same patterns that will never turn on your self esteem.
