1000x STARBITS Giveaway #1, Previous Splinterlands Delegation Winners + Minor Announcement

### Previous Giveaway Results:
As there weren't many participants in the last Splinterlands card delegation giveaway and I'd hate to leave out one or two people while giving everyone else rewards, I decided to delegate something else of equal CP to the ones whose names didn't come up. So, here's the results:
