Hello everyone 

The last few weeks for the Indian crypto community have been quite tough because there have been lots of rumors and news saying that the government is planning to bring a bill for the crypto ban in the country. it was also because there was no confirmation from the government side even media was not sharing anything which can bring some positive info in place. although there was no clarity that it will be banned or there will be some regulations in place but more of it had created a kind of fear uncertainty and doubt in the Indian crypto space.

Yesterday I was watching a news article in the CNBC channel in which Indian finance minister N Sitaraman was talking about cryptocurrency in India. although she has not explained fully in detail but the way she was talking brings some positive news for the crypto segment. she did not say that the government is working behind to put a ban on it instead as per her words India will be leading the technology and will explore all the possible aspects that could help the country and economy. she also mentioned that the poop part will be controlled by RBI friends there will be no situation where we lack to take the advantage of this new is technology and payment possibility.

> “We want to make sure there is a window available for all kinds of experiments which will have to take place in the crypto world. It is not as if we are going to look inwards and say we are not going to have any of this. There will be a very calibrated position,” the FM told CNBC-TV18. 


In one of the recent interviews, it was also mentioned by a new Anurag Thakur that the government is keeping an eye on crypto updates on Twitter which is a good thing because the Indian crypto community is working hard to bring more attention of the govt to this subject. This is a small update but for sure this is a good reason for the crypto community to have relaxed and look for further details shared by the concerned authority soon. 

I think that it would be too early to say but seems like India is working behind to bring some regulation kind of framework and treat crypto as a tradeable asset which is fair because this will allow the investors to trade and hold as per their convenience. This is more update has brought and smile to the face of Indian crypto users and now they are much relaxed while looking forward to having further details from the government side on this topic.
