The last few months were not good for crypto companies in the USA. The SEC and government authorities have not been supportive of the crypto companies and even they were so aggressive while dealing with them. This is one after the situation when some of the companies are planning to exit the US because of such an environment. Earlier the US was one country where the crypto business was growing as a supportive infrastructure was provided but now things have gone the other way around where the companies are not in a good zone. Most of the exchanges have gone through a tough time because of regulatory issues and even now things are not clear for them. 


The coin base has already discussed recently that they are planning to exit the US but before them, Gemini exchange has announced the exit that they are going to set up an exchange outside the US. This can not be a good situation for the crypto community in the US because the exchanges are not happy while operating in the country. If this situation continues to be for some more then I hope many other exchanges will also plan the same which is going to affect the users in the US as well as the global crypto community.

The regulatory environment is not friendly anymore in EU S far crypto exchanges and this is what pushes them to take such decisions. If this happens then I hope some other country will benefit from where these exchanges will move and may be the case that the US will lose an opportunity where the growth can add more value to their economy. The crypto segment has been growing despite all these two actions so just imagine if things will be on the positive side then what growth we are going to see and how it will make value addition to the economy.

It will not be a surprise if coinbase also comes out with some announcement in the coming days and maybe other exchanges also follow the same including Kucoin or Binance. This is not a good start I would say but let's see how things will be unfolded in the coming days and what action will be taken by the relevant authorities to overcome this situation. Dubai is one of the countries where things are made easy for such companies to operate and grow but I'm sure they are a good example that many countries can refer including India to bring something which can make things easy for the crypto segment in the country. 

There should be a positive approach while dealing with crypto companies by the government and relevant authorities because that way only solutions can be figured out else creating a negative environment will never help. With this action let's hope that the SEC pays more attention to this as it is going to affect EU S for sure and if more exchanges join the trend then the impact can be even bigger.
