Artificial intelligence technology is a fantastic innovation that we have got in recent times and now generative AI is another great addition to this. Last year we got to know about chatGPTt which is an AI chatbot that is capable of doing a lot of tasks. It's a chatbot that works based on the command that is called prompt and this also calls for the need of prompt engineering. It's like if we are trying to get the task done with the AI chatbot like chat GPT then we need to know how to give the command properly. Giving proper commands helps to get a better outcome from such chat bot and this is where AI technology is very helpful. I have been using chat GBT since last year and also used Gemini AI after its launch. More or less my experience has been the same with both the tools because both offer a similar UI.

Now Meta has launched its AI called [Meta AI](https://www.meta.ai/) and it's fun to use. It's not like other Chad bought because it is integrated with Facebook Messenger. It's also available through its URL which is https://www.meta.ai/ and UI is good. 

We can use Meta ai with or without the login and the login option is provided with Facebook so if you have a Facebook account then you will be able to log in easily which will provide some additional functionality to you. If you don't want to log in then also it's fine because that option is also available so it's up to you how you want to proceed. For example, in the below snapshot, I just tried to send a message and it is asking me whether I want to continue without login or if I would prefer to go with login through Facebook.

Now I have children not to continue with Facebook, so it is asking me to confirm my birth year and probably this is to confirm the age so that it generates a response suitable according to the age. This worked fantastic and I find the user interface better than other chat bots which gives a fun feeling while using this.

Now let me show you another way to use the meta AI which is even more fun because you don't need to go elsewhere, and all this can be done with your Facebook messenger. 

I got this notification on Facebook Messenger that Meta AI is available and I can use it now, so I tried giving a couple of commands which worked flawlessly. It is easy to use because all this can be done through the chatting window that we get within the messenger. I heard that there is an option to use Meta AI on WhatsApp as well but I haven't tried it so I don't know how it works however I'll be checking it out soon. Once I explore it then I'll be sharing about it here and hopefully, this should also be fun.

While using the messenger I found the Meta AI much more fun and easy to use than other chatbots because the UI is completely different and I don't need to follow the boring interface. Even when we use the meta ai on its URL then also we can see some suggestions but these are better in terms of graphics and colour combination. Everything is based on a blue colour theme which is the core theme for Facebook and it's like the company has tried maintaining its colour across its products to provide a better user experience.

As of now Meta Ai is free and I can't see any option where there is any charge but maybe in future, they introduce premium plans however as of now no such update has been shared by the company. Currently, chat GPT and Gemini AI both offer premium plans and there are some limitations with free uses which means we are not able to use all the functionalities if we don't go for the subscription-based plan. It's good that as of now we can use meta AI completely free and all the functionalities can be used however maybe in future, the company look for options to generate some revenue. You can't give it a try and see how it works, and you can also have a comparison with the other chatbots and meta AI to see which one is better for you and why.
