Why BitShares community does not want to add popular pairs to DEX ?

I think volumes and price of BTS would be much higher if BTS DEX had all popular pairs to trade.
So technology is in place and I wonder why does it not have popular pairs to trade ?

BitShares Community does not decide which assets to add or not.
Assets are being added by gateway providers like RuDEX or OpenLedger.
And those providers do their own math on which coins they like or not.

If this is true then you should be able to answer this question: which providers added bitUSD, bitBTC and bitCNY ?

Obviously I don't want to trade in providers assets like open.USD or open.BTC  or open.CNY just because they have the same centralized risks as exchanges because they are always in custody of OpenLedger corporation.
