相信大家都有在会议中分享PPT并演讲的经历，没错我最近正在准备一个PPT和演讲稿。在单位或公司中属于经常的事，平时员工要忙日常的工作，对我来说就是完成计划好的开发任务，并且有bug的话要根据优先级处理，每个季度都有计划的任务。  Source: [[pixabay]](https://pixabay.com/zh/photos/analytics-graph-chart-data-3291738/) 除了完成这些任务以外，还有一个很重要的任务就是讲PPT，也就是把自己做的事情通过PPT方式分享给公司的同事。这样做的好处是，首先是通过分享让公司同事们知道或了解每个团队做的事情，有助于不同的团队之间的合作。其次是让上层领导知道底层员工都做了什么事情，更好的把控整个大团队方向和进度。再有就是提高自己在公司里面的曝光度，对个人发展有好处。 这其实就是汇报工作，但是一点也不简单，因为事情做完和把事情完美的展示出来有很大不同。对我来说，解决完一个bug，或者完成一个特性开发，只需要在deadline之前把code change合并到主线代码仓库即可。但此时，只有我个人，以及身边同事和直属领导知道我做了什么，有时候身边的人也只是知道大概情况，只有我一个人彻底了解。 为了让大家知道我做的事情到底解决了什么问题，对产品有什么方面提升，有没有可能给别的团队带来启发等等，需要我详细的写在PPT里面，并且讲解出来。有时候我觉得写PPT和演讲稿比做事情解决问题还有难度，本来我预计2天写完PPT，现在这周快结束了才写了两页，而且是从其它地方copy过来的。 所以这两天我得加快进度了，其实只要有灵感，考虑周到写起来也比较快。写完发到组内先内部review一下，根据同事们的comment修改下就差不多了。 好了，不多说了，我现在要去赶PPT了，希望领导能够看到我的价值，明年给我多涨些工资。哈哈😄
