天气好热

今天是周天，经历了昨天的沙尘暴，今天沙尘少了一些可以出门了，今天给人感觉就是一个字”热“。上午出门买东西，太阳特别晒，迎着太阳光眼睛都睁不开。家里稍微凉快一点，中午热的人一点胃口也没有。我打算今天去健身房锻炼，其实上周就应该去的，可是没有抽出时间来。因为中午没吃饭，担心锻炼时候低血糖，于是就吃了一些零食。

去健身房还能顺便洗个澡，我到了健身房人还不少呢，附近有一个所大学，一些大学生结伴来锻炼。锻炼时候果然感到有些没力气，中午不吃饭确实有影响。锻炼完后饿的很，一看表已经晚上7点了，孩子7点半有兴趣班。我赶紧骑电动车回去接孩子上课，时间刚刚好。

送完孩子我想起来老师让准备一些东西，30根雪糕棍，点点胶，毛线什么的。刚开始我还在想雪糕棍怎么办，难道要买30根雪糕一下子吃完吗，那岂不是要吃坏肚子。抱着试试看的态度来到文具店一问，居然还真有。我把所需的东西买完，花了将近20块钱，不知道老师让做啥东西这么麻烦。

晚上路过夜市有各种小吃，尤其是烤肉老远就能闻到香味。我还是控制住自己，晚上不能吃高热量食物，最后还是自己回家吃饭。锻炼完好累，正好洗完澡了，那就睡个早觉。好在家里现在不是太热，暂时不用开空调。据说下周气温要突破40摄氏度，极端天气又要来了。
