Hey Dtube.

I have been asked a few times what lighting I'm using in my recent videos.

So I wanted to do a quick review on the lights I use and how beneficial they have been in helping improve the quality of my videos.

I show a "with and without" in the video.

Lights are great for making your videos look better, but you really should put the white covers on and move them back a bit from you, your face is super over exposed. That being said cool video

Awesome set up! Having extra lights is SOOOO incredibly helpful. I'd recommend experimenting with some warmer lights. I found that the bulbs my lighting kit came with were a bit too white and harsh. If you just hit up home depot or your local home improvement store you can find LEDs that could make your lighting even better!

@alphasteem Hey! I did not realize the level of detail that goes into making videos. For me this is why I always try to get outside to do my videos since the natural lighting is flawless. Occasionally I will do videos inside which look much lower quality. 

I'm learning so much from yall in the onelovedtube group. Thanks for this.

Cool technique! Need to find something to improve lighting for our vids as well, but then something that can be very portable so that we can smudge it in our travel backpacks! hehe

you should look into led panels. I have a few yongnuo ones that are decent and cheap. Aputure also do a few really portable ones also. If you're stuck in a pinch you can turn the flashlight on your phone and hold a tissue over it to diffuse the light and make it softer

Wow, there is a lot that goes into this haha... LED panels, I wouldn't mind something portable for sure. I'll look into it. For now these are good, I'm going for the cold/clean look on all my videos, I don't really like the warm light. We'll see if that changes in the future though.
