La dominadas es un ejercicios que lo puede hacer cualquier tipo de personas, siempre y cuando hagamos los ejercicios de una manera progresiva y correcta. Es un ejercicio muy esencial en cada disciplina porque permite desarrollar la fuerza en y los muscular como por ejemplo la espalda, dorsales, espalda baja, bíceps y tríceps  y fortalecer las articulaciones de hombros y muñecas. Estabiliza el tronco, y define el abdomen, mejora la postura. Reduce el dolor de espalda. Tonifica el cuerpo te ayuda a ganas mas masa macular y hay incontables tipos de dominadas.
