<div class="text-justify"><div class="pull-left">La parada de manos es un ejercicio estático muy completo cuando se trata de Street Workout. para llegar a tener una gran progresión de la parada de manos debes tener en cuenta que para ejecutar este ejercicio correctamente mente o para empezar a practicar la parada de manos no tienes que tener fuerza como tal en los hombros en la parada de manos sales a intentos ya que es más que todo equilibrio cada vez que lo practiques te ayudará mucho a fortalecer tu hombro, lumbares, trapecios, y a tener y mejor equilibrio este ejercicio son puros intentos y progresiones. La parada de manos no tiene ninguna disciplina como tal si la puede hacer cualquier atleta y deportista hay muchas personas que lo hacen y practican diferentes deportes es un ejercicio que cualquiera puede hacer. </div>
