Un cordial saludos estimada comunidad de @fulldeportes, en esta oportunidad te traigo algunos ejercicios de estiramiento de todo el cuerpo esta rutina de estiramiento te ayudará mucho a mantener tu cuerpo relajado y estirado.

A la hora de realizar estos ejercicios de estiramiento no necesitamos tener ningún tipo de material a mano, sólo tenemos que tener en cuenta que debemos estirar de forma lenta y progresiva, y tener siempre presente que estos movimientos no deben provocar ningún dolor. Estiraremos hasta sentir la relajación, aguantaremos unos segundos en la misma posición, y en la misma postura. Si dejamos de sentir el dolor estiraremos en la misma posición en todos los ejercicios entre 15 y 20 segundos.
 
>When performing these stretching exercises we do not need to have any type of material at hand, we just have to keep in mind that we must stretch slowly and progressively, and always keep in mind that these movements should not cause any pain. We will stretch until we feel the relaxation, we will hold a few seconds in the same position, and in the same posture. If we stop feeling the pain we will stretch in the same position in all the exercises between 15 and 20 seconds.

Estiraremos las piernas en forma de arquera dejando una piernas  recogida y la otras estirada duraremos trataremos de estirar al máximo nuestra piernas  después cambiaremos de posición

>We will stretch our legs in the shape of an archer, leaving one leg tucked in and the other stretched out, we will try to stretch our legs as far as possible and then we will change position.

Rodearemos nuestros tobillos con las manos, dejaremos caer lentamente las rodillas hacia el suelo e inclinaremos ligeramente el tronco hacia delante, hasta notar una sensación de estiramiento sobre la cara interna de las piernas.

Subiremos un brazo hasta la altura del pecho y lo cruzaremos hacia el otro lado con el codo estirado. Apoyaremos la mano del otro brazo sobre la base del hombro del lado a estirar y rotaremos lentamente el tronco. Realizaremos el estiramiento de forma bilateral.  
 
 
>We will raise one arm up to chest height and cross it to the other side with the elbow stretched. We will rest the hand of the other arm on the base of the shoulder of the side to stretch and slowly rotate the trunk. We will perform the stretch bilaterally.

Entrelazaremos nuestros dedos y subiremos los brazos por encima de la cabeza con los codos estirados, alargando el cuerpo y estirando la espalda y los hombros.

Estiramiento con movimiento continuo del hombro este ejercicio consiste en estirar el hombro y hacer una rotación con el brazo completo en esta rotación estaremos estirando el hombro completamente.

Pasando el brazo por encima de la cabeza, tocaremos nuestra oreja con la mano contraria. Lentamente, iremos inclinando la cabeza y el cuello hacia el lado del brazo que está tirando. Realizaremos el estiramiento de forma bilateral.  
 
> Passing the arm over the head, we will touch our ear with the opposite hand. Slowly, we will tilt our head and neck towards the side of the arm that is pulling. We will perform the stretch bilaterally.

Entrelazaremos nuestros dedos y colocaremos nuestras manos detrás de la cabeza. Flexionaremos lentamente la cabeza y redondearemos un poco la espalda hasta notar sensación de estiramiento.

Subiremos un brazo por encima de la cabeza manteniendo el codo estirado, lentamente comenzaremos a inclinar el tronco con ayuda del brazo hacia el lado contrario. Realizaremos el ejercicio de forma bilateral  
 
>Raise one arm above the head keeping the elbow stretched, slowly begin to tilt the trunk with the help of the arm to the opposite side. Perform the exercise bilaterally.

Estiraremos las lumbares hacia atrás, estiraremos el cuerpo por completo, doblaremos la columna vertebral hasta sentir todo el cuerpo relajado.

Estiraremos nuestra columna y lumbares estiraremos nuestro cuerpo pondremos los dedos en el suelo y tendremos las rodillas totalmente estiradas con los brazos para aumentar el estiramiento.
