Su mayor problema es que si el ejercicio no se realiza correctamente podemos acabar lesionando la articulación del hombro o del codo. Por eso este ejercicio se recomienda realizarlo cuando ya tenemos una buena base muscular y dominamos la fuerza. Recuerda hacerlo bien y con buena forma.</div>

Este ejercicio trabaja los tríceps y el pecho, pero se concentra sobre todo en el pecho. </div>
