My Actifit Report Card: May 15 2022

I started today a bit slower than normal but I have to admit that last nights running club dinner was very good. Maybe I over indulged.

My walk was shorter than I was hoping for but it started to rain so I took the shortest route home. I was deliberately walking slowly to protect my hip so ended up sheltering under a tree for 10 minutes while the worst of the downpour occurred. 

I spent the afternoon being very uncompetitive in the macfit competition by watching an excellent programme about Ardman animation studios on the tv and then succumbed to sharing a bottle of wine with my wife.

All in all not a healthy weekend at all for me but let's start afresh tomorrow.

And just to show the west country isn't completely idyllic, a couple of fly tipping sites I walked past!
