El mar me caracteriza, a veces azul fuerte, con estallidos convertidos en olas gigantes que arrasan el entorno y me agota; como también, puedo ser un mar dócil que desea transmitir paz y consuelo, pero si me lo arrebatan, pierdo el lado sensible para estar en desequilibrio. Algunos no entienden mi conducta, se molestan conmigo cuando lloro, deambulo y pataleo; suelo responder como el mar, de forma enojado, juguetón o tranquilo.

  El mundo azul al cual pertenezco pocos lo comprende y menos cuando aparece la crisis.  El espacio educativo donde operó diferente para asimilar el mundo, presenta interferencias en mi estado emocional, estímulos generadores de tensión, sentir angustia en demasía, requiere de sosiego.  

> The sea characterizes me, sometimes strong blue, with bursts turned into giant waves that sweep the environment and exhausts me; as also, I can be a docile sea that wants to convey peace and comfort, but if they take it away from me, I lose the sensitive side to be in disequilibrium. Some do not understand my behavior, they get annoyed with me when I cry, wander and kick; I usually respond like the sea, angrily, playfully or calmly. 

> The blue world to which I belong, few understand it and even less when the crisis appears.  The educational space where I operate differently to assimilate the world, presents interferences in my emotional state, stimuli that generate tension, feeling the anguish in excess, requires calmness.

Ir al jardín tomado de la mano de mi madre es un hábito que me gusta; sin embargo, hubo un día distinto en el jardín de infantes, un desenlace desfavorable para mi conducta; al margen del desconocimiento me dirigí a un día de tormenta. Al principio, el problema era fácil de sobrellevar, me recibió una acompañante de rostro conocido, porque mi gran segundo apoyo estaba ausente. Todo marchaba raro, superé obstáculos que suelo ser con mi integradora, pero empezaron a surgir estímulos estresantes que mi seño Flor sabe cómo atender. De pronto, solo quedé y se desencadenaron hechos más fuertes, empecé agitar el mar, llantos, gritos, carreras y nombrar a las 2 personas cercanas que me comprenden (mamá y Flor); las lágrimas inundaban el lugar, perdido expresaba mi sentido.  

El ambiente se puso turbio, se rompió la rutina del comportamiento y el temor de mis compañeros se observa en los ojos, luché por no escuchar el ruido; como ola del mar me desplace con fuerza por los alrededores; hasta que vi un rostro amigo, la corriente del mar empezó a cambiar. La seño integradora (@amandaj), se acercó para dar un abrazo, me tomó de la mano y el ímpetu del mar desvanecía, no batallaba el oleaje azul, mi nivel de ansiedad bajaba, porque la persona brindaba tranquilidad. Abrazos reconfortantes, me llevó de la mano, junto con mi compañero integrado, quien es muy diferente a mí. 

> Going to kindergarten, holding my mother's hand is a habit I like; however, there was a different day in kindergarten, an unfavorable outcome for my behavior; apart from the unfamiliarity I went to a stormy day. At first, the problem was easy to cope with, I was greeted by a companion with a familiar face, because my great second support was absent. Everything went smoothly, I overcame obstacles that I usually am with my integrator, but stressful stimuli began to arise that my teacher Flor knows how to deal with. Suddenly, I was alone and stronger events were triggered, I began to shake the sea, crying, screaming, running and naming the 2 people close to me who understand me (mom and flower); tears flooded the place, lost expressed my sense.  

> The atmosphere became cloudy, the routine of behavior was broken and the fear of my classmates is observed in the eyes, I struggled not to hear the noise; as a wave of the sea I moved strongly around; until I saw a friendly face, the current of the sea began to change. The integrating teacher (@amandaj), approached me to give me a hug, she took my hand and the momentum of the sea faded, I did not fight the blue waves, my anxiety level went down, because the person provided tranquility. Comforting hugs, he took me by the hand, along with my integrated partner, who is very different from me.

El recoveco solitario calmó el oleaje y el rincón tenía mis objetos apreciados, ahí estuve un buen rato.   Los autos me dan consuelo, protección y refugio de encontrarme conmigo, el poder desplazar el objeto y hacer rodar los autos, genera placer escuchar el ruido que se lleva la tormenta. El tiempo en compañía de dos personas logré relajar el pensamiento, presencias que no incomodan; ellos se sumaron a jugar con los autos y dejé a la seño que tocara mi espalda durante el momento del juego, eso hizo apaciguar el temor. Permití que mi amigo me consolará, compartí los objetos, solos éramos los tres jugando con mis autos y la pista de autos; esta estrategia fue la más acordé a mi situación para limpiar mi estado emocional y encontrar el equilibrio.   

Esta historia está basada en una experiencia que sucedió en mi espacio de trabajo como acompañante en un jardín de infantes y pude intervenir en subsanar la crisis en Azul, el niño azul que está integrado en la misma sala que atiendo a otro nene. El compartir con él durante un tiempo, logró que pudiera asistir la crisis fuerte que atravesó, para mí fue gratificante aliviar la carga y ahora, juega más conmigo y abraza al pequeño que atiendo. 

> The solitary nook calmed the swell and the corner had my cherished objects, I was there for a while.   The cars give me comfort, protection and shelter to meet me, being able to move the object and roll the cars, generates pleasure to hear the noise that carries the storm. The time in the company of two people I managed to relax the thought, presences that do not bother; they joined to play with the cars and I let the teacher to touch my back during the time of the game, that did appease the fear. I allowed my friend to comfort me, I shared the objects, it was just the three of us playing with my cars and the car track; this strategy was the most appropriate for my situation to clean my emotional state and find balance. 

> This story is based on an experience that happened in my work space as a companion in a kindergarten and I was able to intervene to solve the crisis in Blue, the blue child who is integrated in the same room where I take care of another child. Sharing with him for a while, I was able to assist the strong crisis he went through, for me it was gratifying to alleviate the burden and now he plays more with me and hugs the little boy I take care of.
