Desserts are a delirium for me and I am not a certified pastry chef, but an experimental one who dares from time to time to make desserts to please my 4 year old daughter. On this occasion Amanda asked me for Donuts with rainbow rain. On this occasion Amanda asked me for Donuts with rainbow rain. In Argentina we are in autumn to give way to winter, therefore the temperature is cold and this dessert requires high temperature for the dough to rise in volume, however, I risked using the oven to have the kitchen area warm.


> Los postres son un delirio para mí y no soy una repostera certificada sino experimental que se atreve de vez en cuando elaborar postres para complacer a mi hija de 4 años. En esta ocasión Amanda me pidió Donas con lluvia de arcoiris. En Argentina nos encontramos en otoño para dar pasos al invierno, por tanto la temperatura es fría y este postre requiere temperatura elevada para que la masa suba de volumen, sin embargo, me arriesgué usando el horno para tener el área de la cocina caliente.</div>

In a bowl, place the flour and make a volcano style hole to incorporate the ingredients in the following order: water and warm milk, yeast and mix. Then add the sugar, vanilla and egg and mix again with a spoon. After joining the ingredients, knead, previously flour the table to begin to knead and integrate the butter with force during 10 minutes, when everything is united place the dough in the bowl and cover it with film paper until it rises. </div>

En un bol, colocas la harina y hace un hoyo estilo volcán para incorporar los ingredientes en el  siguiente orden: el agua y la leche tibia, la levadura y mezclar. Luego  el azúcar, la vainilla y el huevo, con una cuchara mezclar nuevamente. Después de unir los ingredientes, amasar, previo enharinar la mesa para empezar a amasar e integrar la mantequilla con fuerza durante 10 minutos, cuando esté todo unido colocar la masa en el bol y taparlo con envoplas hasta que levante.</div>

Once the dough grow, roll it out on the table with a rolling pin; use a glass and use the lid of a soda to make the circles. Place the donuts on a tray with baking paper or plastic wrap to let them rest and rise a little more.</div>
