Galletas de Chispas de Chocolate / Chocolate Chip Cookies

Un afectuoso saludo a toda la comunidad de Foodies Bee Hive. En esta ocasión una receta fácil y favorita de todo el mundo, galletas de chispas de chocolate. Espero que sean de su agrado.

## Ingredientes:
Para unas 48 galletas

- 3 tazas de harina leudante
- 1 taza de azúcar, puede ser blanca y morena a partes iguales
- 150 gr de margarina o mantequilla
- 2 huevos
- 2 cucharaditas de esencia de vainilla
- 1 taza de chispas de chocolate negro
- 1 taza de nueces troceadas

>- 150 gr margarine or butter
>- 2 eggs
>- 2 teaspoons vanilla essence
>- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
>- 1 cup chopped walnuts

## Paso 1

Como es normal, usamos una batidora para el proceso, pero se puede hacer de igual forma, batiendo manualmente con una espátula.

Lo primero será colocar en el bol de la batidora, la azúcar y la margarina o mantequilla, y lo batiremos hasta que la margarina se blanquee o ambas se integren. Dependiendo del tipo de margarina usada, puede ser que no se blanquee, sino que tienda a hacerse líquida, en ese caso proseguiremos sin prestar atención, al agregar la harina tomará consistencia.

Seguidamente agregaremos los huevos de a uno, a la vez que batimos para que se integren, por momentos, parecerá que la mezcla se separa, pero continuaremos batiendo sin prestar atención y veremos que se integra todo, añadiremos la vainilla y seguiremos mezclando.

Para terminar la masa, agregaremos las tazas de harina, de una en una, mientras continuamos batiendo, la mezcla se hará más densa cada vez, hasta hacerse muy densa con la última taza. Batiremos con fuerza para que quede todo perfectamente homogéneo y finalmente agregaremos las chispas y las nueces, mezclando un poco para que se distribuyan por toda la masa.

Sacaremos del bol y pondremos en una bolsa plástica o lo envolveremos en papel film, y lo llevaremos al refrigerador por unos 20 o 30 minutos.

# Paso 2

Trascurrido el tiempo de refrigeración, sacaremos del envoltorio y con un cuchillo, cortaremos trozos de la masa y les daremos forma de bolitas de unos 2 a 3 centímetros de diámetro, y colocaremos en una bandeja de horno, cubierta con un tapete de silicón o con papel encerado, dejando separación para que se expandan un poco.

Aplastaremos un poco las bolitas con la mano y llevaremos al horno precalentado a 180 °C, de ser posible con el ventilador encendido, durante 12 a 15 minutos, o hasta que estén doradas por debajo.

Y ya tenemos listas nuestras galletas de chispas, a diferencia de las galletas de consistencia arenosa, que normalmente se consiguen con las recetas tradicionales, estas son más bien gorditas y esponjosas, son muy agradables y ricas de comer y le encantan a los niños.

Para hacer la receta no usamos polvo de hornear, pues la harina que estamos usando tiene un muy buen leudado, sin embargo, si usa harina de todo uso, o leudante no muy confiable, puede agregar una o media cucharada, según sea el caso, de polvo de hornear a la mezcla.

Adicionalmente si desea que las galletas se vean como habitualmente se ven en las fotos, deje un puñado de chispas, las cuales les colocará en la superficie, después de aplanarlas un poco y antes de llevarlas al horno, de esa forma quedaran con una capa de chispas visibles en su cubierta.
