A few days ago I had my orthodontic check-up, they placed the famous tubes and rubber bands to open space and attract a tooth to the front. It hurts a lot and I have the inner part of my cheeks badly damaged.

Today I wanted to train super intense to balance my emotional state hahahahaha, unfortunately the mouth pain did not allow me to train as I should and I'm a little sick of medications. 

It's been a long time since I took full body pictures of the results and although today I trained my lower body I looked in the mirror to see my arms and abdomen, I rarely detail the results, if at all I do it every month and it's a lot. I feel great and look great, it should be noted that I am very thin and also tall, the definition that is taking my body seems to me a wonder. Greetings

Hace unos días tuve control de mi ortodoncia, me colocaron los famosos tubos y ligas corridas para abrir espacio y atraer un diente al frente. Me duele muchísimo y tengo la parte interna de los cachetes maltratada.

Hoy quise entrenar súper intenso para equilibrar mi estado emocional jajajaj, lastimosamente el dolor bucal no me permitió entrenar como debería y ya estoy un poco harta de los medicamentos. 

Hace mucho no tomaba fotos de cuerpo completo de los resultados y aunque hoy entrené la parte inferior del cuerpo me fijé en el espejo para ver mis brazos y abdomen, muy poco detallo los resultados, si acaso lo hago cada mes y es mucho. Me siento genial y veo genial, cabe destacar que soy muy delgada y además alta, la definición que está tomando mi cuerpo me parece una maravilla. Saludos
