A Warning To All! This Is Just One Scammer. I Bet There Are Many More. Be Careful!

I have to say I made a mistake. It is something we all do is make mistakes, the important part is we learn from them and do not continue to do the same thing over and over again.

As some of you may know, I believe it was a year ago, I put out that a veteran needed help with some medical problems, Many people helped him out and most of the veterans rallied and was helping him, the problem was he was not a veteran like he said he was.

Well, someone got ahold of me from Venezuela and told me they designed logos and could do other things also. He needed money and he would help people with the skills he/she had to make logos and do digital art designs. So before I got myself in a situation again I wanted to test and see if this person was true to their word. Here are some screenshots from our conversation on Discord.

So I told @marshallmustang I have been burned before with things like this and start the logo and sent me a draft and I would help him. He insisted he needed money to eat.

So I sent him some HBD to get him going as much as I was willing to lose, that is. From what I know now, I hope it was worth his integrity?

I sent him what I had and he told me tomorrow he would get something out to me. I would get more on Tuesday and send him more if it was done with what I wanted. I got nothing from Him/Her.

Well. Guess what I have received nothing from him at all. So now instead of helping him get paid for his work. I will let everyone know he is a liar and a rip-off. If you are approached by this person do not send him anything. Because you will get nothing in return, what he promised you.

There are many great people that can do digital design and make logos for people here on Hive and will take Hive or HBD as payment. People like @marshallmustang give them all a bad name and many will not deal with them anymore because of people like @marshallmustang. I can say as of now I do not trust @marshallmustang and this is verified by me trusting him and if he DM's you telling you he will design a logo or whatever for you do not give him anything until you have at least a rough drawing or whatever, then only send what you feel comfortable sending. Ask them for some references or ask someone you trust about a person.
