Warm up for next week　新しい一週間に向けてのウォームアップ

Just a week after the heat was out, almost all the heat settled down and Tamiflu was also one day away. Since I slept all the time, I went to a supermarket in the neighborhood in the evening to see how much strength I had.

最初に熱を出したのがちょうど一週間前、本当に病人してて、疲れました。
熱もほぼ下がったし、タミフルあと1日分だし、どれだけ体力が落ちているかとチェックも兼ねて、近所のスーパーまで行ってきました。

売り場をあちこち改装しているのもあり「あらーこんなになってる」とか、明るい店内で商品を見たりして、疲れてスタバへ。
そう言えばもうSakuraの季節だった！と思いながら(≧▽≦)

さくらストロベリーピンクミルクラテとさくらシフォンケーキ

珈琲じゃないじゃん！という声も聞こえそうですが、自分的にはこれで十分。

というかこれ2つで最近あまり食べてもなかったので、すっかりお腹いっぱいになってしまいました。

結論をしては、風邪は治ってきたかもしれないけど、体力がすっかり衰えてしまって、もう少しリハビリした方が良さそうです。と言っても火曜は外せない用事があるので、明日一日でどれだけ体力が回復するか！
3月も忙しいので、そろそろ復活しまーす！

スタバのSakuraドリンクは毎年出るので、季節を感じる物と思って一度は飲んでます。
サクラの香りもするし、ストロベリーでもあるし、ちょっと味分からないし(笑)
でもドリンクを飲み干すと桜葉がいっぱいあるし、シフォンケーキはちゃんと桜の花（桜茶でおなじみ）が乗っているし、桜感は満載でしたよ。
今日は随分歩けるようになったので、もう大丈夫だと思います。

そうです、B型インフルエンザでした。
熱は下がったが、まだ関節痛と食欲不振と落ちた体力が戻ってないって感じですかね。
まっ、今週で良かったのかもしれません。
インフルは10年ぶり位かもしれないです。
