Las manos son un medio para realizar muchas actividades y para expresarnos. A través de ellas fluye nuestra energía, esa que buena o mala, según como se encuentre nuestra alma, nos conecta con nuestro entorno. Hoy, en mi día 6 de agradecimientos, doy **gracias por tener manos**.

> Hands are a means of performing many activities and expressing ourselves. Through them our energy flows, that which is good or bad, depending on how our soul is, connecting us with our environment. Today, on my 5th day of thanks, I give thanks for having hands.

Soy una persona atraída por las actividades creativas y artísticas. Gracias a mis manos he podido sentir la música en carne propia; como instrumentista de violoncello he tenido el privilegio de sentir el vibrar de las cuerdas cada vez que decido tocar una partitura, es como una energía que me invade desde la punta de los dedos, recorre todo mi ser y me engrandece el alma. Poder generar música con mis manos me ha hecho sentir infinitas emociones y a la vez llegar a otras personas.

Being able to generate music with my hands has made me feel infinite emotions and at the same time reach out to other people.

Una caricia es una manera de expresar afecto. Y la verdad, agradezco tener mis manos, porque con ellas tengo la dicha de expresarle mi sentir a los seres que aprecio. Mis manos permitieron poder sentir el desenvolvimiento de mi hija en mi interior y ahora poder abrazarla, atenderla y cuidarla son un regalo valioso que me ha dado el universo. Los animales adoran que les haga cariño, ver sus cola moverse por satisfacción al sentir el roce suave de una caricia, es algo gratificante. Expresar el amor puede estar en nuestras manos, no perdamos la oportunidad de abrazar, de tomar la mano de quien amamos o quien pensamos lo necesita, de tocar ese rostro en el que no dejamos de pensar o secar las lagrimas a quien está dolido, de que sientan nuestro calor. Y aunque no se refiera al tacto, usemos las manos para escribir eso que tanto sentimos, hay que dejarlo salir, que no se quede dentro, que no se pierda, hagamos que nuestras manos hablen por nosotros, es una señal de cariño que está en nuestras manos.

>A caress is a way of expressing affection. And the truth is, I am grateful to have my hands, because with them I have the joy of expressing my feelings to the beings I appreciate. My hands allowed me to feel the development of my daughter within me and now to be able to embrace her, attend to her and take care of her are a valuable gift that the universe has given me. Animals love to be cared for, seeing their tails move for satisfaction when they feel the soft touch of a caress, is something rewarding. Expressing love can be in our hands, let's not lose the opportunity to embrace, to take the hand of the one we love or who we think needs it, to touch that face in which we don't stop thinking or wipe the tears from the one who is in pain, to make them feel our warmth. And although it does not refer to touch, let us use our hands to write that which we feel so much, we must let it out, let it not stay inside, let it not get lost, let us make our hands speak for us, it is a sign of love that is in our hands.
