In my thoughts i think that the best person is that who learn from mistakes and now that who Do not want to accept his mistake and go onward with his mistakes.

# Improvements Time:

In my thoughts if you work hard on something and you face some sort of difficulty and you believe that this is the time that you will Improve your self and you want to accept that what you have done is not right and you need to improve it with pleasure.

When someone accept his mistake next time his mind is really set for all the mistake he done previous time and this time he will do the same work with perfection.

The successful people are always learning from sharing their ideas to others well experienced and trained people so that they can take a step toward their Goals and achievements so by that way they are not getting obstruction in there work.

# Wrong Concept:

Some people are having wrong concept in there mind that what they want to improve they are hiding it from the people around them, Like is someone is doing a work wrong and they need to improve it and still they do not want to fall in sight . I believe that this is the negative thought of that person and he will never get any success if he is not giving a tough time to improve his mistakes and try to make it correct in the near future.

# Conclusion:

the difference between the person who learn from his mistake and accept and the person who do not want to improve his self is, That when he accept his mistake people accept that this person his honest and he will be more careful and he will get more support from people and his coworkers, Rather than the one who want to do same thing with same mistakes and people will never ever want to work with him and he will be out of success  sooner.

The way to  improve is just to learn from mistakes and get suggestion from the seniors and to learn from those who are very experienced in the specific work you want to do, and they are well trained and careful.  

Some of people think that if they accept that they have a done a mistake the other will laugh at them but what a good learner think that people make fun of everything and i am now more accurate that i was once, i have done something wrong this time but my next time will be perfect.
