Thanks for the reminder this has been on my to do list, even if I can get a wee bit more of coins.  I bought 10 ounces of Indian Rounds off of JMBullion site they give you a one per customer set for barely above spot. They are so simple and beautiful.  Having a big coin like that reminds me of my grandpa who use to have his favorite silver dollar in his pocket at all times, he would pull it out of his pocket and twirl away while talking up a storm.  That site has the most intricate coins for all you collectors out there, like Viking coins and now Amy Brown coins etc.   I've been hearing in chat rooms that China has been stock piling lots and lots of silver.   It's nice to diversify your portfolio with actual physical currency as well, and since we are in a Global economy who really knows what this wild future will hold.  A friend of mine that's a math teacher, said he was off to buy silver yesterday and reminded me that if markets crash at least you could have a coin in your pocket to trade for some milk or cookies or gas.  Lots to ponder....

I've actually been envisioning the experience of buying some silver. The only thing that holds me back is that silver doesn't produce passive income, but like you said the stock market crash is inevitable and silver is this a must. If you know of ways how I could produce passive income with gold and silver please do tell @amreshchandra..

I still feel strongly about crypto, esp Bitcoin.  I'm Hodling.

I also think that buying gold and silver is a good investment.
At some point, the financial system will collapse. Then the value of gold and silver will rise enormously.
There is no reason not to invest in precious metals.
Those who do not have enough money to invest in gold should buy silver.
There is a saying here in Germany: "Silver is the" little man's gold. "

Thanks for your insights. From more of a hodler perspective, the AG/AU ratio offers some great potential for increasing one's position in metals, if they're gold heavy right now. Silver offers much more potential, fundamentally. EW would indicate the same.
