<p>Every man, regardless of his personal psychotype, speaking lies, perfectly understands it and tries to distance himself as far as possible from the object to which he lies and from those events, phenomena, objects and characters that were somehow involved in his lies. Trying to do this, he subconsciously follows some general patterns of behavior or admits similar errors.</p>

<h3>Let's highlight the main features of behavior in the character of a liar.</h3>

<p>1. Gestures are not connected with words. (<em>Of course, dear, yesterday we were walking with a friend</em>. * Nodded.) The person who spoke the truth would nod from the very beginning or pronouncing the beginning of the sentence.</p>
<p>2. There are also contradictory gestures, but, unfortunately, they are barely noticeable. For example, a person agrees, but shakes his head a little from side to side. Another example is described by Paul Eckman in his book Psychology of Lies, then the psychologist asked the girl: <em>Will you try again to commit suicide?</em>. The girl answered in the negative, but still made another attempt. It turned out that when reviewing the video in slow motion, the girl, answering no, painted a barely perceptible smile.</p>
<p>3. Trying to distance himself from the interlocutor, the liar will not point at him with his finger.</p>
<p>4. Liar, to increase the level of confidence in the lie he utters, he will build his phrases as often as possible using your words.</p>
<p>5. Speaking a lie, a person will constantly add new and new information, trying to get away from the topic.</p>
<p>6. Only clever liars will answer directly to the question ("<em>Yes</em>" or "<em>No</em>"), while others will prefer to give a generalized answer</p>
<p>7. A liar does not just try to distance himself psychologically from the victim, but also from objects related to his lies. For example, instead of using the words "my phone", he would prefer the "phone".</p>
<p>8. In the lie there are no other people's points of view, this is primarily due to the fact that the confirmation of the words of these people is not very preferable to a liar.</p>
<p>9. As already noted, most importantly - a liar constantly and stubbornly tries to distance himself from his own lies. One such technique is public outrage at the actions of others.</p>
