What Happens When the Mainstream Only Accepts Certain Cryptos? Currency Restriction?

# Yesterday, something really crazy happened. The 24 hour volume for Bitcoin Cash exceeded the 24 hour volume for Bitcoin...
This is absolutely nuts if you ask me, and I think what Bitcoin Cash did will be replicated throughout the cryptosphere as many of our favorite cryptos make a jump for the “top spot”.

# However, I think something that in the end will affect all of us is user and merchant acceptance.
Yes, I know, many people don’t see their cryptos as “money” but as investment vehicules and stores of value. However, what happens when certain cryptos come out on top as the most “user friendly” and most “widely accepted”? Which cryptos will survive? The fastest? The cheapest? The ones with the coolest (and easiest) names?

It’s the fucking future now! Welcome to almost-2018, where you can now use crypto like money! Or..... At least I have been doing so for the past few months, which has been fantastic! Unfortunately, Ten X hasn’t allowed their cards to be shipped to the USA yet, so I’ve only been able to spend Bitcoin, however, I have been able to easily liquidate my other cryptos into bitcoin at my convenience!

Too early to tell. Technology and used cases are still evolving. Remember the web1.0. Eventual winners were not the first movers. Be it in search engine(google) or  Web browser or the email. Same is possible in cryptoworld. Time will tell. Sit back, relax, steem and enjoy.

All fair questions.  Bitcoin and its relatives (bch, bitcoin gold, silver) will all do well. I actually see a lot of promise in bcc. I've done a recent post on it if you are interested.  Litecoin, etherum will always be strong.  Steem will become stronger and stronger.  As for mainstream currencies.  Bitcoin will always be on top imo.

Is Bitcoin Silver really gonna be a thing? I couldn’t find any info on it LMAO I think each hardfork will be less and less legit with BCH being the most legit hardfork. What happens when Bitcoin gets 10X as clogged as it is right now though? They essentially pick and choose the best transactions from the Mempool with the highest fees and if your transaction has lower fees they just don’t pick you to go in the blocks... Lol there’s ways to customize your fee level but these jackass miners will just pretend to not see it because they want the largest transactions and fees... I wish we could vote on Bitcoin miners so we could decentralize it more.

I don't think that will be the case because people are the same in Wall Crupto and Wall Street.The whales who control wall street crash the market so the herd will sell in a loss and run for the housing market where the housing whales are waiting. In few years they will crash the housing market so the herd sells and run for the stock market. And the cycle goes on every 20 years for the new breed to be sacrificed. There are new inexperienced whales in crypto town. The difference is that they turn the cycle every 20 weeks.
