有腔调的日式创意料理
Hello!亲爱的Steemit朋友们,晚上好!在前面两天介绍了中餐南北方两种很有代表性的菜式后,今天来给大家推介一家新派的日本料理,它叫旺角创意餐厅。名字突出了它的特点就是创意。

不如让我们先来卖个关子,看看它创意之外都有些什么:餐厅在二楼,上得楼来就能看见大门旁边摆放着几个大的冰柜,里面放满了当天新鲜空运过来的生蚝,有黄金,粉钻,还有吉拉多,好高大上的名字,应该都是法国的品种吧,我们中有一位对生蚝情有独钟的,今天也一定不会错过的啦;

餐厅内部一面很大的屏幕一直在循环播放着一位做了一辈子料理的日本长者,记得好像是林一先生家族世代相传开料理店的故事,讲述着他对食材的严苛要求,每天早上天还没亮就去海边市场采购,为了保持肉质的韧性,培训学徒给订购回来的章鱼做按摩等,据介绍要想吃到林一先生亲手制作的寿司得提前半年预定呢!先生对他的客人有个特殊的要求就是要在寿司做出来之后马上品尝,享受那最佳的口感。一部很感人的纪录片!

餐厅的用餐分沙发区,餐桌区,榻榻米包间和可以现场观摩厨师做菜的铁板烧区,这个区位于餐厅的正中央,也是最吸引眼球的亮点,我们就选择在这里就坐吧!

日料的吃法颇为讲究,每个人面前都要摆好几个形状各异的小碟子小碗,有酱油碟,有芥末碟,餐前小菜是日本人最爱吃的营养价值丰富的大云豆和绿色海苔。为了看大厨秀厨艺,我们点了几道铁板烧的菜,好几个身着帅气白色制服,戴着厨师高帽的大厨就在我们对面,像变戏法一样,很有章法很有腔调地把我们的菜一个一个地变了出来,排成半圆形的牛扒两面煎;

摊在大铁板上的鸡蛋,黄灿灿的鸡蛋黄散发出诱人的香味;快刀剖大虾头去壳生煎,切成小方块的新鲜豆腐在铲子灵活的拨动下整齐排列成九宫格;红色的新鲜辣椒,绿白色大葱和白得纯粹的百合冒着热气一起翻炒;

炸得金黄香酥的银鳕鱼,尤其是鱼皮油亮太吸引了;仙女散花似的蛋炒饭漂亮极了,大厨看我们看得入神,在等待热油的空隙还不忘拿着锋利的刀铲来一段表演,那金属相碰发出的清脆声音响彻整个餐厅,引来一阵阵热烈的掌声,为他们的精彩技艺喝彩。

接下来当大厨拿着调料筒往菜上撒胡椒粉时,那酷酷的手势,把我们都快看傻眼了,就在锅铲与铁板摩擦叮当作响的同时我们前面已经摆满了色香味俱全的盘子,空气中弥漫开来的香味早已撩起食欲,就在这时候,开好的生蚝也摆盘得非常好看地端上来了,好大个啊,白白嫩嫩的仿佛在馋我们呢。


一式三格的调料盘子里分别放着四分之一个柠檬,特制的辣椒酱和放着泰椒的酱汁随意选择,不过据说最好的吃法是什么都不蘸,只要单纯感受生蚝那超级新鲜的原味,如此丰盛的美食怎么少得了与之相配的日本清酒,热好了的酒壶也已经就位,还等什么呢,快快满上吧,让我们开动起来!
