Jane said this. The mind-blowing and gifted talent who was discovered on America's Got Talent last year. She got a gold buzzer for singing an original "It's Ok"; the song spoke about how her life was in the past year and you could feel the emotions in the words she sang so beautifully.

Nightbirde, as she likes to be called when she sings, came battling with cancer to get her voice heard on the show. As at last year when she performed, she had a two percent chance of survival and according to her '2% is now zero percent'. I can't begin to explain how much this hit me. Seeing the news that she died on the 20th of February 2022, I felt so weak. 

*Two percent is something and I wish people knew how amazing it is" - For someone who had cancer in her lungs, spine and liver, that's ....wow!

###  "Pretty beat up, but I've still got dreams"...
She has this exact quote on her bio on her social pages: Instagram and Twitter. I first read it in an Instagram post she put out explaining why she couldn't continue with  that season of America's Got Talent. I've never seen someone with so much to be sad and ungrateful for, come out strong and choose to stay grateful and optimistic. And that's the key word..."CHOICE". 

According to her, _ If we only take the miracles that taste sweet, I don’t think we’ll ever taste one. If we wait until we have the perfect song, I don’t think we’ll ever sing. Don’t miss it—it’s now. We are in the miracle, we are in the dream". It's a miracle to be alive, I wish everyone would be grateful for that and embrace it with grace.

She let the world experience her, she shared the wonder that was her voice and the gift that was her personality and perception. Cancer didn't win, she did.
