HOW TO FIND YOUR NICHE IN TECH
HOW TO FIND A NICHE IN TECH
Recently, I've noticed that most young people go by the moniker "tech guy" or just add "tech" to their names without actually accomplishing anything technical. They all followed the trend since technology pays handsomely.
What is tech? It is the abbreviation for technology before we continue. Since technology is such a vast topic, it is best to go into it with a guide. A tech person is someone who has a deep understanding of or passion for technology, particularly high technology. We erroneously believe that tech people are merely programmers or cryptologists. No! It has so many different sub-niches. Explore now.
A tech niche is a subset of technology that is concentrated on a particular feature or area of the larger tech market. For instance, sub-niches in the web development industry could be front-end development, back-end development, or even the creation of particular languages like CSS, HTML, PHP, Javascript, Python, etc.

*What Do You Know?
Many people enter the tech industry without any prior training. Find out what you are capable of doing, what services you can provide, or what goods you can sell, first. Any service you provide can be considered a skill, and anyone, anywhere, can pay you for it. for instance, writing, graphic design, website building, etc.

*Consider your passion and skill.
I like your versatility and think it's great, but that will simply waste your time. You cannot master all trades. Which one among the many do I care about so much? Which of them do I have experience with? Your options for the skill you're about to choose will be expanded by this.

*Can you sell that skill?
A skill is considered a skill because it may be used to make money; if it can support you financially, it is similar to a pastime.
Who wants to purchase your talent? And where might I locate them?

*Where is the market?
Having discovered that your skill is sellabe, it's time to take to the market. Tech skills are mostly sold in online markets. For instance, if your niche graphic design as I am, you can find potential customers in markets like, Upwork, Fiverr, design crowd, etc. I can guide you on how to create your profiles in these markets.

*Beat your competitors
Before you start selling, remember there are tons of other writers or graphic designers or digital marketers or bloggers out there who are already doing well. You can't beat all of them, but you can always find a good spot to sell.

*The market is where?
Now that you know your talent can be sold, it's time to enter the market. Online markets are where tech skills are typically marketed. For instance, if you specialize in graphic design, like I do, you may be able to find clients on sites like Upwork, Fiverr, design crowd, etc. I can offer you assistance with developing your profiles for these markets.

*surpass your rivals
Remember that there are many writers, graphic designers, digital marketers, and bloggers who are already successful before you start selling. While you can't compete with them all, you can always locate a solid market.
Find out what makes them popular, what their shortcomings are, and whether their prices are reasonable. perhaps I should
Research what makes them sell, what are their flaws, maybe their charges are too high. Maybe I should lesser as a beginner. If there's nothing unique about you, clients may not be attracted.
