Muy buenos día tenga todos que conforma esta comunidad plantpoweron hive, hoy quiero dejarle otra de mi receta que es para la cena, hoy le traigo una de mi delicia coliflor al ajillo con ajo y perejil al horno una cena familiar saludable, el coliflor  es perfecto para hacer dieta ya que no contiene nada de caloría y grasa, además es una receta muy sencilla y fácil de hacer  con solo tres ingredientes lo puede preparar solo lleva ajo, perejil, aceite de oliva, sal y pimienta y le daremos un toque final al horno.

A continuación le presento la receta delicioso coliflor al ajillo con ajo y perejil al horno una cena familiar saludable.

>Here is the recipe for delicious garlic cauliflower with garlic and parsley baked in the oven for a healthy family dinner.

**Ingredientes:**

1 coliflor pequeño.
1 ramita de perejil.
6 dientes de ajo.
2 cucharadas de vinagre.
2 cucharadas de aceite de oliva.
½ limon
Sal y pimienta al gusto.

**Ingredientes:**

1 small cauliflower.
1 sprig of parsley.
6 cloves of garlic.
2 tablespoons vinegar.
2 tablespoons olive oil.
½ lemon
Salt and pepper to taste.

**Preparación:**

Primero es trocea la coliflor despegando los arbolitos luego lavarlo en un bol con  agua y le agrego dos cucharadas de vinagre lavamos bien y lo pongo escurrir hasta que esté bien seco.

Pongo a cocinar en una olla por 10 minutos y luego la retiro y lo volvemos a escurrir y reservar.

Por otro lado se lava el perejil y el ajo, cortado muy fino, se coloca un sartén a calentar con dos cucharadas de aceite de oliva. Se pone a sofreír el ajo y el perejil hasta que esté bien dorada. 

>On the other hand, wash the parsley and garlic, cut very finely, and heat a frying pan with two tablespoons of olive oil. Fry the garlic and parsley until it is well browned.

Cuando este el coliflor a temperatura de ambiente, se coloca en un refractario o una bandeja se paramos el coliflor y luego empezamos agregar  el sofrito del ajo y el perejil lo sazonamos con sal y pimienta con un chorrito de limón

>When the cauliflower is at room temperature, place it in a refractory or a tray, stand the cauliflower and then start adding the fried garlic and parsley, season it with salt and pepper and a squeeze of lemon juice.

Cocinar al horno precalentado durante 3 minutos hasta que la coliflor se vea ligeramente dorada. Después pasada de ese tiempo lo retiramos y servimos nuestro plato.

Por últimos servimos nuestro plato delicioso coliflor al ajillo es un plato muy ligero y sobretodo muy sabroso a mi familia le encanta este tipo de comida lo complemente con una ensalada de tomate y lechuga y le añadir semilla de sésamo para hacerlo mas crujientes y sano espero que le guste.
