Buenos días  mis queridas comunidad de #hive, es un placer para mi estar aquí nuevamente dejando otra de mis receta para el almuerzo; mi menú de hoy;  mejillones a la marinera un placer a tu sentido acompañado con arepa estilo oriental fácil y sencillo de preparar, es una receta que se puede preparar de diferente manera con todo el sabor del mar, además es muy nutritiva,  tiene un alto contenido en vitaminas y  minerales que es beneficiosa para el organismos.

A continuación le presento los ingredientes de la receta de mejillones a la marinera.

> Here are the ingredients for the recipe of mussels in marinara style

**Ingredientes:**

300gramos de mejillones pelado.
1/2media taza de harina.
2 ajís.
1 cebolla.
1 ramita de cebollin.
5 dientes de ajo.
Salsa de soya
Sal, al gusto.

**Ingredients:** 

300 grams of peeled mussels.
1/2 half cup of flour.
2 chilies.
1 onion.
1 sprig of chives.
5 cloves of garlic.
Soy sauce
Salt, to taste.

**Preparación:**

Ya tengo el mejillón pelado y lavado bien, comenzamos lavando los vegetales que son la cebolla, ajís y el cebollín lo picamos en trozos pequeños.

Pongo un sartén a calentar a fuego medio con un chorrito de aceite, cuando esté bien caliente añado los vegetales y  lo pongo a sofreír todo juntos lo vamos salteando hasta que este la cebolla cristalizada.

Agregamos el mejillón y lo vamos sofriendo juntos con los vegetales, vamos removiendo de vez en cuando , cuando tenga un color dorado le agregamos un poquito de agua para guisarlo lo salpimentamos y añado la salsa de soya y vamos moviendo lo dejo cocinando por unos 5 minutos mas.

Cuando este secando lo apagamos la idea que quede con salsa y así acompañar con una arepa.

**Preparation:**

>I put a frying pan to heat over medium heat with a drizzle of oil, when it is very hot I add the vegetables and I put it to sauté all together, we sauté it until the onion is crystallized.

>Add the mussels and fry them together with the vegetables, stirring from time to time, when it has a golden color add a little water to stew it, season it with salt and pepper and add the soy sauce and stir it, let it cook for about 5 minutes more.

>When it dries we turn it off, the idea is to leave it with sauce and serve it with an arepa.

En un bol añado la media taza de harina le agrego sal y luego agua la voy amasando con la mano hasta quedar suavecita.

Agarro una bola de masa y la aplasto con mi mano y hago un circulo de forma de arepa, luego pongo una plancha a calentar agrego la arepa cuando esté dorada por un lado la volteamos, hasta que se cocine por ambos lados. Lista la arepa.

Por últimos sirvo mi plato de mejillones a la marinera un placer a tu sentido, es una muy nutritiva y sabrosa lo puede acompañar con arroz, yo lo disfruto con arepa asada es muy rica así lo comemos aquí en el oriente.
