Hola tenga todos que conforma esta comunidad #hive, hoy quiero dejarle otra de mi receta que es para el almuerzo, se trata de; sopa de lagarto con hueso, nutritiva y sabrosa para compartir en familia. La sopa de lagarto es famosa en Venezuela por todas las vitaminas que aporta, además no ofrece un sabor delicioso por la mezcla de la carne y las distintas verduras y su sofrito de vegetales que le da ese sabor autentico es una receta sencilla y fácil de hacer espero que la disfrute.

The lizard soup is famous in Venezuela for all the vitamins it provides, it also offers a delicious flavor by the mixture of meat and different vegetables and fried vegetables that gives it that authentic flavor is a simple and easy recipe to make I hope you enjoy it.

A continuación le presento la receta de la sopa de lagarto muy nutritiva y sabrosa.
> Here is the recipe for a very nutritious and tasty lizard soup. 

**Ingredientes:**

500gramos de lagarto con hueso.
300gramos de ahuyama.
150 gramos de ocumo blanco.
100gramos de batata.
150gramos de yuca.
500gramos de ocumo chino.
½ medio platano.
1 cebolla grande.
½ medio pimentón.
6 ají.
1 cabeza de aqjo grande.
1 ramita Cilantro, perejil.
Salsa de soya, salsa de inglesa.
Sal, orégano y ajo de polvo.



**Ingredientes:**

500 grams of bone-in lizard.
300 grams of pumpkin.
150 grams of white ocumo.
100 grams of sweet potato.
150 grams of yucca.
500 grams of Chinese octopus.
½ half banana.
1 large onion.
½ half bell pepper.
6 chili peppers.
1 large head of garlic.
1 sprig cilantro, parsley.
Soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce.
Salt, oregano and garlic powder.

**Preparación:**

Primero comenzamos lavando la carne y limpiando bien, en un plato le agrego agua con vinagre y añado la carne la lavo muy bien, después en una tabla la comienzo a limpiar a quitarle un poco el cebo y cortarla en trozo mediano. Mientras estoy picando los vegetales la dejo con agua de vinagre por unos 5minutos.

Después lavamos los vegetales que son la cebolla, el pimentón, ají lo picamos todos en trozo mediano porque es para sopa, después lavamos el monte lo reservamos así entero.

Le botamos el agua a la carne y comenzamos a sazonar con orégano sal, ajo el polvo y el grano, salsa de inglesa y soya y reservamos por 10 minutos.

Monto una olla grande con un chorrito de aceite a calentar a fuego medio, cuando esté bien caliente le agrego los vegetales lo sofreímos por unos 5 minutos y agrego la carne a sellar juntos con los vegetales voy removiendo contantemente hasta calcular que ya esta bien sellada. Le agrego un litro de agua una ramita de perejil, cilantro y ajo lo tapo y lo dejo que se cocine bien la carne por unos 30 minutos.

>**Preparation:**

> First we start by washing the meat and cleaning it well, in a dish I add water with vinegar and add the meat and wash it very well, then on a board I begin to clean it and remove some of the bait and cut it into medium pieces. While I am chopping the vegetables I leave it in the vinegar water for about 5 minutes.

>Then we wash the vegetables that are the onion, paprika, chili bell pepper, we chop them all in medium pieces because it is for soup, then we wash the bush and reserve it whole.

>We throw the water to the meat and begin to season with oregano, salt, garlic powder and grain, Worcestershire sauce and soy sauce and reserve for 10 minutes.

>I assemble a large pot with a drizzle of oil to heat over medium heat, when it is very hot I add the vegetables and sauté it for about 5 minutes and add the meat to seal together with the vegetables, stirring constantly until I calculate that it is well sealed. I add a liter of water, a sprig of parsley, cilantro and garlic, cover and let the meat cook well for about 30 minutes.

Por otro lado voy pelando la verdura la agrego en un bol para lavarla, y después la pico en trozo mediano y la reservo mientras la carne se ha blanda.

Consulto si la carne esta blanda, le añado la verdura después remuevo y le agrego 1 litros y medio de agua, le añado la ramita de perejil, y cilantro, ajo y salpimentamos de nuevo la tapamos y dejamos que se concentre bien.

Después de pasar mas de 15 minutos cocinando la verduras le agrego el plátano para que se cocine 5 minutos más, se le coloca una cucharillita de azúcar para que estabilice el sabor la sopa de lagarto aquí en Venezuela le gusta entre dulce y salada. Cuando este lista se apaga y se deja reposar para servir el plato calientico.

Por ultimo sirvo mi plato de sopa de lagarto con verdura muy nutritiva sobre todo muy sabrosa, ideal para compartir en familia y tomarse un caldo bien calientico cuando esta el clima frio.
