The first step is to live

We are hostages only to what makes us sick and we can't give up... impossible actually is not living life, the impossible is just a matter of time to become a possible reality.

It is true that life is not easy for anyone, but you have to live, and living requires willpower, stop complaining and move on even in the face of challenges.

Many only dream of having a future, and say when I have it I will be happy, when I had that I will be grateful, but they only dream and don't bring their dream to reality.

The biggest challenge is knowing how to live, living with quality... living is learning to deal with problems that have always existed and will exist.

and... it's not about not having problems or avoiding problems, but learning to live with problems or solve them.
