<div class="text-justify">Hola a todos nuevamente, en esta oportunidad me quiero unir al reto que propuso @haysed con respecto a la salud mental.</div><br/> <div class="text-justify">En esta época cuando hablamos de salud muchas personas lo asocian con estar libres del virus y no tener alergias, gripes neumonía o sus derivados.</div><br/> <div class="text-justify">Pero cuando hablamos de salud mental muchas veces pensamos que es sentirnos bien y felices. En parte pueden tener razón pero no lo es todo, resulta que cuando hablamos de salud mental nos referimos a cuidar nuestra mente de ansiedad, estrés, depresión, baja autoestima, frustraciones y sus derivados.</div><br/> <div class="text-justify">No se trata de estar bien en todo tiempo o ser felices aún en los peores momentos por qué eso tampoco es tener salud mental.</div><br/> <div class="text-justify">Se trata de desarrollar resiliencia para los momentos duros, aprender de los errores, reconocer las fallas y las virtudes, saber cuándo debo tomar distancia, cuando ayuda y cuando mantener una relación.</div><br/> <div class="text-justify">Es un tema tan profundo que no cabría en un solo artículo.
