Saludos a cada uno de los integrantes de esta comunidad @holos-lotus, estoy encantada de volver a unirme a sus tan interesantes iniciativas.
Definitivamente esto de la perfección es algo que vamos pasando de generación en generación.
Llegué a esta conclusión, a través de este [Post](https://peakd.com/hive-131951/@gsbilbao/spa-eng-elperfeccionismo-puede) de nuestro amigo @gsbilbao , pero también en medio de esta reflexión puedo decir, que somos perfeccionistas, no a todos los ámbitos de nuestra vida, sino que podemos serlo desde algunos ámbitos de ella en el trabajo, en ciertas áreas de la casa ,en algo en específico.
Mi mamá por ejemplo era perfeccionista en cuanto cuanto a cómo tenía que verse la casa arreglada y en su apariencia.
Yo no tanto en ese ámbito más bien perfeccionista en todo lo que tenga que ver conmigo alguna actividad o o cualquier cosa donde mi nombre este colocado, como parte de los responsables directos, donde este mi nombre ,debe haber perfección, esto lo tomé precisamente de este post, tan reflexivo para mi vida.
Aquí llega pues la siguiente heredera mi hija. Quién es perfeccionista en casi todos los ámbitos como persona, como profesional, como esposa, como hija, como hermana, creo que esta es una situación un poco más agudizada.
Tanto que hace poco me dijo que ella era así, porque yo la había criado así, y fue hasta leer este post de la comunidad de @holos-lotus , que recordé ese momento en que ella me lo dijo.
De una u otra manera en vez de sentirme orgullosa, me sentí muy culpable, porque veo el estrés en que está sometida solo por lograr la perfección.
En definitiva las dos somos perfeccionistas y las dos vivimos estresadas pensando en cómo dejar las cosas en perfectas condiciones, en perfecto entendido, en perfecto cumplido, en fin todo perfecto.
El error para nosotras es un fracaso, es una frustración es sentir que perdimos algo importante y no encontramos cómo llenar ese lugar dentro de nosotras.
Son muchas las situaciones, que me han llevado a sentir como la perfección más que una ayuda para lograr ser mejor persona, me hace una persona más estresada, con menos salud, pero con más compromisos.
Tengo tres hijos y de los cuales mi hija mayor tiende a la perfección, el del medio pues es un poco más Rebelde persigue sus sueños sin importar lo que diga el mundo y el menor a pesar de que es pequeño, ya tiene ese Gen perfeccionista dentro de él y lo puedo ver en todo lo que hace y la facilidad con la que se molesta si lo que hace le sale mal.

Puedo afirmar, que causa depresión a quienes lo sufrimos.
Es una lucha interna, que peleamos quienes queremos ver las cosas perfectas, según nuestra manera de ver y nos cuesta entender que un poco de desorden no está mal, aunque no esté perfecto.
Gracias a @gsbilbao , por tan interesante iniciativa, que me hace seguir reflexionando sobre mi vida y la manera en como voy hasta aquí , además de evaluar el como voy creciendo, tomando conciencia de que soy un ser humano integral, espero seguir participando en esta grandiosa comunidad, llena de mucho talento.

My mother, for example, was a perfectionist in terms of how the house had to be tidy and how it looked.
I am not such a perfectionist in that area but rather in everything that has to do with me or any activity or anything where my name is on it, as part of those directly responsible, where my name is, there has to be perfection, this is precisely what I got out of this post, so reflective for my life.
Here comes then the next heir, my daughter. Who is a perfectionist in almost every area as a person, as a professional, as a wife, as a daughter, as a sister, I think this is a little more acute situation.

One way or another instead of feeling proud, I felt very guilty, because I see the stress she is under just to achieve perfection.
Anyway, we are both perfectionists and we both live stressed thinking about how to leave things in perfect conditions, in perfect understanding, in perfect compliance, in short, everything perfect.
The mistake for us is a failure, it is a frustration, it is to feel that we lost something important and we do not find how to fill that place inside us.
There are many situations that have led me to feel that perfection, rather than helping me to be a better person, makes me a more stressed person, with less health, but with more commitments.
I have three children and my oldest daughter tends to perfection, the middle one is a little more rebellious and pursues her dreams without caring what the world says and the youngest, although he is small, already has that perfectionist gene inside him and I can see it in everything he does and in the ease with which he gets upset if what he does goes wrong.
