Es muy fácil decir que hay muchas maneras de calmarse cuando una se enfada, a veces es difícil poder controlar ese sentimiento de enfado y rabia; tal y como dice Aristóteles en su libro Ética a Nicómaco:  "Cualquiera puede enfadarse, eso es algo sencillo. Pero enfadarse con la persona adecuada, en el grado exacto, en el momento oportuno. Con el propósito justo y el modo correcto, eso, ciertamente, no resulta tan sencillo.", con esta cita también comienza el libro La inteligencia emocional del escritor estadounidense Daniel Goleman.

De tal manera que una debe ser inteligente a la hora de enojarse, en mi caso para poder calmarme lo que hago es tratar por todos los medios de no reaccionar, en muchos casos esto significa no contestarle a la persona con ningún tipo de palabras, simplemente observarla directamente a los ojos, luego tratar de pensar lo más calmadamente que es lo que una va a contestar, pero si estás muy alterada, es mejor no hablar.

Yo siempre que me enojo, trato de calmarme respirando poco a poco, pero profundamente, y si la otra persona está muy enojada lo mejor es simplemente observar, esperar que se calmen los ánimos, incluso, si es necesario, retirarse y esperar el momento adecuado para hablar con esa persona.

Si una se enoja, lo mejor es respirar profundo y concentrarse en calmarse, luego a solas tirarse en la cama y reflexionar al respecto, si fuiste victima de una injusticia o una traición la mejor medicina es olvidarlo, no obsesionarse con lo sucedido, pero eso sí, bien lejos con esa persona.

Pienso que cuando alguien se enoja debe tratar de no reaccionar, calmarse por medio de la respiración profunda y pausada me ha dado muy buenos resultado, y sobre todo no obsesionarse con lo sucedido y tomar las medidas necesarias para que eso no vuelva a ocurrir.

Las personas no se percatan del daño que les hace el enojo. Pero todos tenemos maneras distintas de controlarlos, en el pasado busque métodos en internet y nunca me fue fácil controlarlo haha
