сьогодні говорили із знайомою про те, як Макрон, Шольц, Кіссінджер та інші "сильні світу цього" пропонували Володимиру Зеленському поступитися українськими територіями аби вберегти "обличчя" путлеру та, нібито, закінчити війну. Говорячи про цю, відверто кажучи, ахінею, починаєш розуміти наскільки ж циклічна історія.

У 1938, за рік до Другої світової війни, декілька лідерів Західних країн також вирішили, що поступаючись чужою територією, чужими людьми, вони зможуть вберегти себе від масштабної війни, а також "зберегти обличчя" одного диктатора - Гітлера. Мова, як ви уже здогадалися, піде про Мюнхенську змову.

Трішки історії. 
У березні 1938 року нацистська Німеччина провела аншлюс Австрії, яка в свою чергу боялася повномасштабної війни, а тому добровільно здала позиції. Через місяць німці перекидають свої сили до кордону Чехословаччини. Цей період усвійшов до історії як "травнева криза". Чехословаччина тоді оголосила часткову мобілізацію, але все завершилося зіткненнями на кордонах.  На хвилинку - у Чехословаччини була велика, підготовлена  армія. Також у неї були гаранти безпеки - Британія та Франція. Тобто, у разі нападу Німеччини на ЧС, ті мали б оголосити їй війну. 
І тут вам нате: у вересні 1938 року проходить конференція у місті Мюнхені. Там Гітлер говорить: віддайте мені шматок Чехословаччини, там люди хочуть приєднатися до нас (ну, якби до Австрії, але тоді вона була під німцями). Якщо нє - у Європі буде війна. А нашо вам це здалося, проблем не вистачає? 
Ну, лідери Франції, Британії та Італії не довго думаючи, виріши віддати Гітлеру Судетську область. Що мені особливо "подобається", так це те, що представників ЧС на конференції не було! Тобто, їх долю вирішували без них. Тільки уже після того, як все було укладено, їм сказали: ну дивіться, ми тут нарішали, що ви віддаєте частину своєї території, а інакше буде війна. А це такий гємор, ми ще від Першої не відійшли, так що "мовчіть у тряпочку". 
Але найабсурдніше те, що Франція та Британія після конференції обіцяли захищати вже оновлені кордони ЧС.
Проходе десь пів року. Вся територія Чехословаччини окупована німцями. Найс! Гаранти не спрацювали.

A month later, the Germans transferred their forces to the Czechoslovak border. This period went down in history as the "May Crisis". Czechoslovakia then announced a partial mobilization, but it ended in clashes at the borders. For a moment, Czechoslovakia had a large, well-trained army. She also had security guarantors - Britain and France. That is, in the event of a German attack on the World Cup, they would have to declare war on it.
And here's to you: in September 1938, a conference was held in Munich. There Hitler says: give me a piece of Czechoslovakia, people there want to join us (well, if only to Austria, but then it was under the Germans). If not, there will be a war in Europe. And it seemed to us, there are not enough problems?
Well, the leaders of France, Britain and Italy, without hesitation, decided to give Hitler the Sudetenland. What I especially "like" is that there were no representatives of the World Cup at the conference! That is, their fate was decided without them. Only after everything was done, they were told: well, look, we have decided here that you give part of your territory, otherwise there will be a war. And this is such a hemorrhoid, we have not departed from the First, so "shut up".
But the most absurd thing is that after the conference, France and Britain promised to defend the already renewed borders of the World Cup.
It takes about half a year. The whole territory of Czechoslovakia was occupied by the Germans. Nice! The guarantors did not work.

Взагалі, після тією конференції західні політики марили тим, що жертвуючи однією країною, вони отримають мир у Європі. Вони наївно сподівались, що ненажерливий тиран зупиниться. Тойдішні лідери країн Європи хотіли вірити в ілюзію спокою, яку принесла Мюнхенська конференція. Насправді ж, не пройшло і року, як почалась Друга світова війна - страшна та кривава.

Історію вчать та пам'ятають для того, щоб не повторювати помилок минулого. Диктатори ніколи не нажеруться, їм буде завжди мало людського болю та крові. Ті, хто пропонував Зеленському віддати частини НАШОЇ землі, мають згадати про найганебніший вчинок Європейської дипломатії - Мюнхенську змову. Провести паралелі між минулим і майбутнім не так вже і складно.

Ще одна перевага, яку дає нам знання історії - це те, що ми знаємо, що чекає на диктаторські режими: вони розвалюються. Війни, які ведуть сволоти проти людяності програються. Справедливість перемагає. Тому, перемога за нами.

History is taught and remembered in order not to repeat the mistakes of the past. Dictators will never get drunk, they will always have little human pain and blood. Those who offered Zelensky to give away parts of OUR land must remember the most shameful act of European diplomacy - the Munich conspiracy. It is not so difficult to draw parallels between the past and the future.
Another advantage that knowledge of history gives us is that we know what awaits dictatorial regimes: they are falling apart. The wars that bastards wage against humanity are losing. Justice wins. Therefore, victory is ours.
