30 day Blogging Challenge, day 22: your worst habits

Hi Hivers! Today is day 22 of our 30 day #BloggingChallenge and I must tell you  my worst worst habits. Before I get started I wanna say that I always try to be the best version of myself, but as all the human I'm not perfect, not even close. Soooo, my worst habits are: 


> Hola Hivers! Hoy es día 22 de nuestro 30 días de #BloggingChallenge y debo contarles mis peores hábitos. Debo decir que siempre trato de ser la mejor versión de mi misma, pero como todo ser humano, no soy perfecta, no estoy ni cerquita de ello. Así  que, estos son mis peores hábitos:

#### I drink way too much coffee

Coffee is not an unhealthy beberage and I don't drink it with sugar or milk BUT I drink about 7 Cups of it per day. And that's really bad for teeth whitening and increases our cortisol levels. I have tried to drink less but I always end up drinking lots.

> _Tomo demasiado café_
En principio el café es saludable y yo lo tomo sin azúcar o leche, el problema es que consumo unas 7 tazas grandes diarias. Eso disminuye el blanco de los dientes y ayuda a generar cortisol. He tratado de reducir mi consumo pero siempre termino volviendo a esas cantidades



#### I'm a bit untidy

I don't why but my things always end up being messy, specially my room and clothes. I've tried Marie Kondo techniques but they don't seem to work on me. I've worked on this for a very long time and I even when I got way better at keeping my things in order, but I still manage to come back to the mess.


>_Soy desordenada_ 
No sé porque, pero mis cosas siempre terminan desordenadas, especialmente mi cuarto y ropa. He tratado de usar las técnicas de Marie Kondo pero no parecen funcionar en mi. Esto es algo en lo que he trabajado por mucho tiempo y la verdad he mejorado bastante pero aún me falta mejorar mucho, casi siempre vuelvo a caer en el desorden.



#### I don't value myself enough

This is an awful one but it's true. Sometimes I underestimate  myself saying that someone is better or that I don't have enough good qualities. I've worked a lot on this too, but as I said sometimes it still happens.


> _A veces no me valoro lo suficiente_
Este hábito es bastante desagradable y tonto. Pero a veces me comparo con otras personas o siento que no tengo suficientes cualidades buenas. Es algo en lo que tsmbien he trabajado mucho pero aún me pasa algunas veces. 


#### I bite my lips when I'm anxious

Yep, to the point that I've ended up bleeding...
