Si hay algo que me hace admirar a mi abuela Elina es su espíritu resiliente y esas ganas de mantenerse siempre activa, divertida y juvenil. Con ella he aprendido qué la edad es solo un número y que la verdadera juventud se lleva en el alma. Mi abuela Elina es una mujer de un carácter aparentemente "suave", pero en realidad es la mujer más fuerte y decidida qué conozco. Para mí es de los mejores ejemplos qué tengo y la admiro increíblemente... >If there is something that makes me admire my grandmother Elina, it is her resilient spirit and her desire to always stay active, fun and youthful. With her I have learned that age is just a number and that true youth is carried in the soul. My grandmother Elina is a woman with a seemingly "soft" character, but in reality she is the strongest and most determined woman I know. Desde hace un tiempo la menor de mis tías, qué actualmente vive en los Estados Unidos, estaba desesperada por volver a ver a mi abuela (tenía 4 años sin verla), cosa que se había vuelto difícil ya qué su visa se había vencido en tiempo de pandemia y en vista de que actualmente no se puede renovar en el país, se complicaban las cosas para que ella pudiera ir a visitarla. Sin embargo, una vez que se abrió el nuevo trámite qué aprobó EE.UU. para los venezolanos (Parol humanitario), mi tía comenzó los trámites para poder llevarse a mi abuela y gracias a Dios todo se les dio súper a favor. >For some time the youngest of my aunts, who currently lives in the United States, was desperate to see my grandmother again (she had not seen her for 4 years), which had become difficult because her visa had expired during the pandemic and since it cannot be renewed in the country, things were complicated for her to visit her. However, once the new procedure approved by the U.S. for Venezuelans (humanitarian Parol) was opened, my aunt began the process to be able to take my grandmother and thank God everything went in their favor.  Este permiso le aprueba a mi abuela una estadía en los EE.UU. de por lo menos 2 años de manera legal, para muchos tal vez sea demasiado, sin embargo, para ella es maravilloso. Está feliz de poder pasar esa temporada con mi tía y mis primos allá y nosotros, con una mezcla de sentimientos encontrados, nostalgia por no saber cuando la volveremos a ver y al mismo tiempo mucha alegría de saber que ella está feliz con su viaje. También tiene mucha ilusión de ver de nuevo a mi tía y de pasar esa temporada con ella paseando y disfrutando de ese país que tantas cosas bonitas tiene para ofrecer. >This permit allows my grandmother to stay in the U.S. for at least 2 years in a legal way, for many it may be too much, however, for her it is wonderful. She is happy to be able to spend that time with my aunt and cousins there and us, with a mixture of mixed feelings, nostalgia for not knowing when we will see her again and at the same time a lot of joy to know that she is happy with her trip. Al día siguiente salió desde las 9 am del Aeropuerto Internacional de Maiquetia para hacer escala en la Romana Rep. Dominicana y de allí volver a agarrar avión hasta Miami, donde hizo su registro en inmigración para finalmente tomar el último avión qué la llevo a su destino en la ciudad de Houston, Texas, donde estaban mis tíos muy felices esperándola para consentirla como solo ella se merece ❤️. >The next day she left Maiquetia International Airport at 9 am to make a stopover in La Romana, Dominican Republic and from there she flew to Miami, where she checked in at immigration and finally took the last plane to her destination in Houston, Texas, where my aunt and uncle were very happy waiting for her to spoil her as only she deserves ❤️.  No se imaginan la falta que me hace físicamente mi abuela, pero la alegría de verla tan contenta en su viaje, de verla tan llena de vitalidad a sus 81 años, me hace estar segura de que vivirá los años suficientes para volver a abrazarla, mientras tanto me mantengo en contacto con ella vía telefónica para ponerme al día con todas sus ocurrencias y vivencias. >You can't imagine how much I miss my grandmother physically, but the joy of seeing her so happy on her trip, of seeing her so full of vitality at 81 years old, makes me be sure that she will live enough years to embrace her again, in the meantime I keep in touch with her by phone to keep up to date with all her occurrences and experiences.    Lo que me queda por decirles es que vivan a sus familiares, y vivan la vida, que mientras se tenga paz la felicidad viene por añadidura y si somos optimistas todas las puertas se abren, eso es lo que mi abuela siempre ha practicado y es lo que hace que siga siendo tan hermosa. >What remains for me to tell you is to live your relatives, and live life, that as long as you have peace happiness comes in addition and if we are optimistic all doors open, that is what my grandmother has always practiced and that is what makes her continue to be so beautiful. <center><h4>Hasta la próxima amigos Until next time friends</h4></center>
