I want to start this post by congratulating @talentclub for their hard work for almost 3 years, it is well deserved to grow in number of members, and they deserve to have reached this peak of 100 for the first time, I strongly believe that it will not be nor by close to the highest peak yet to come, during the next few years.

Since my arrival at the club two weeks ago, I have realized the great space they have built, and as a user of the new 3.0 technology provided by #Hive, I recognize the importance of a space and a community like that of the club to publish the talents of each person .

In this space I would like to mention and thank each of the people who make up the club, because we are all necessary and inevitable. Although I have not had the opportunity to go through the wall of each one of you, I must express that I am proud of all of you, for making the decision to share with the world your talents, your lives, the time invested in each new publication Resilience and insistence on something that at first glance is not easy at all, and then neither at second glance.

The growth that the club has had and even the one that remains to be experienced is built on solid foundations of constant publication work by each one of us, so I thank you for using the #talentclub tag because that way we contribute a grain sand to one day become the largest community of talents on the platform, where everyone will want to publish because the world will have its eyes on us, our talents and our posts.

Quiero darle inicio a este post felicitando a @talentclub por su ardua labor ya casi desde hace 3 años, es bien merecido ir creciendo en número de miembros, y se merecen haber alcanzado por primera vez este pico de 100, creo fuertemente que no sera ni por cerca el pico mas alto que aun esta por venir, durante los proximos años.

Desde mi llegada al club hace dos semanas me doy cuenta del gran espacio que han construido, y como usuario de la nueva tecnología 3.0 aportada por #Hive reconozco la importancia de un espacio y una comunidad como la del club para publicar los talentos de cada persona. 

Me gustaría en este espacio, mencionar y darle las gracias a cada una de las personas que conforman el club, porque todos somos necesarios e inevitables. A pesar que no he tenido la oportunidad de pasar por el muro de cada uno de ustedes, debo expresar que me siento orgulloso de todos, por tomar la decisión de compartir con el mundo sus talentos, sus vidas, el tiempo invertido en cada nueva publicación, la resiliencia e insistencia en algo que a primera vista no es nada fácil, y luego a segunda vista tampoco.

El crecimiento que el club ha tenido y aun el que falta por experimentar se construye sobre bases solidas de constante trabajo de publicación por parte de cada uno de nosotros, así que le agradezco por utilizar el tag de #talentclub porque de esa manera aportamos un grano de arena para algún día llegar a ser la comunidad mas grande de talentos de la plataforma, donde todos van a querer publicar porque el mundo tendrá sus ojos sobre nosotros, nuestros talentos y nuestros posts.

In this next section of the post I share a video divided into two parts, in the first there are two crafts made by me, made symbolically to represent the commitment to the club, the first is a simple decoration to the pickguard of the Vorson Les Paul guitar, allusive the 100 members of the club, and the second is an abstract painting alluding to the same theme.
With this I seek to remember that I am part of this select club, remembering it when playing the guitar and looking at my wall where the painting is already hanging, will allow me to remember to work harder in favor of constant growth.

The second part of the video is focused on the choice of my favorite member of the club, this second part is made up of two elements, the first is that the track that plays in the background is the favorite song of said member, and the second element is that her creations come back to life in a sequence of non-random appearances but of subjective interpretation for each person, and all this happens while the song is playing in the background.

En esta siguiente sección del post comparto un video dividido en dos partes, en la primera hay dos manualidades realizadas por mi, hechas simbólicamente para representar el compromiso con el club, la primera es una sencilla decoración al pickguard de la guitarra Vorson Les Paul, alusivo a los 100 miembros del club, y la segunda es un cuadro abstracto alusivo a la misma temática. 
Con esto busco recordar que formo parte de este selecto club, recordarlo al tocar la guitarra y al mirar en mi pared donde ya esta colgado el cuadro, permitirá recordar trabajar mas fuerte en pro del constante crecimiento. 

La segunda parte del video va enfocado a la escogencia de mi integrante favorito del club, esta segunda parte esta constituida por dos elementos, el primero es que la pista que suena de fondo es la canción preferida de dicho integrante, y el segundo elemento es que sus creaciones vuelven a tomar vida en una secuencia de apariciones NO aleatorias pero de interpretación subjetiva para cada persona, y todo esto sucede mientras suena la canción de fondo.

Choosing a member of the club was a somewhat easy task for me, because as I mentioned, I have only been in the club for two weeks and this limits me to not knowing in full the work of all the members, I have had the opportunity to speak with some of you, with our leader @dresden, with @mariale07, but especially it has been @marpa who has guided me in the admission process, in understanding the dynamics of the club and in general I am struck by how active and friendly that is the club. It is quite curious that the first post of @marpa on the platform is titled: "you should always rest". With her example she has shown us the opposite, she knows very well what it is to constantly invent stories and play with her imagination to create her characters, relentlessly, with consistency, with joy, with ingenuity, with dedication, it is not at all incongruous that have 2,364 followers on her blog, (and counting), I consider that it is an example to be imitated by many of us who sometimes think: "no, I will not publish today, tomorrow neither" but when we see her example I know that many of us are motivated and we encourage wanting to be better and share our thoughts, feelings and ideas.

In discord I have spoken with her a couple of times, and if you asked me to highlight a phrase, it could be this:
- You should always dream, it will be wrong, the day you stop doing it and stop believing that something is not possible. -@marpa 2021.

What I like about his stories, drawings, poems and creations is the variety of content that is available on her [blog](https://peakd.com/@marpa/posts), that is, I see a spark of Latent innovation in her work, because it is not easy at all to let the imagination fly and then translate it into an idea to transmit it to another human being and in addition, awaken some kind of feeling, I fervently consider that this is art!

Escoger a un miembro del club fue una tarea algo fácil para mi, porque como lo mencioné apenas llevo dos semanas y esto me limita a no conocer en su totalidad el trabajo de todos los miembros, he tenido la oportunidad de hablar con algunos de ustedes, con nuestro líder @dresden, con @mariale07, pero en especial ha sido @marpa la que me ha guiado en el proceso de ingreso, en el entendimiento de las dinámicas del club y en general me llama la atención lo activa y amable que es el club. Así que en esta edición ella es la elegida.

Es bastante curioso, que el primer post de @marpa en la plataforma se titule: "siempre se debe descansar". Con su ejemplo nos ha demostrado lo contrario, sabe muy bien lo que es constantemente estar inventando historias y jugar con su imaginación para crear sus personajes, sin descanso, con consistencia, con alegría, con ingenio, con entrega, no es para nada incongruente que tenga 2,364 seguidores en su blog, (y contando), considero que es un ejemplo a imitar por muchos de nosotros que en ocasiones pensamos: "no, hoy no publicaré, mañana tampoco" pero al ver el ejemplo de ella sé que muchos nos motivamos e incentivamos en querer ser mejores y compartir nuestros pensamientos, sentimientos e ideas. 

He intercambiado un par de veces la palabra con ella por discord, y si me pidieran resaltar alguna frase, podría ser esta: 
- Siempre debes soñar, estará mal, el día que lo dejes de hacer y  dejes de creer que algo no es posible. - @marpa 2021.

Lo que me gusta de sus cuentos, relatos, dibujos, poemas y creaciones es la variedad de contenido que esta disponible en su [blog](https://peakd.com/@marpa/posts), es decir, veo una chispa de innovación latente en su trabajo, porque no es nada fácil dejar volar la imaginación y luego plasmarlo en una idea para trasmitirlo a otro ser humano y además de ello, despertar algun tipo de sentimiento, considero ferbientemente que eso, es arte!

What are your three favorite songs, and what do they make you feel when you listen to them?
- Favorite songs, I don't remember right now, maybe I don't have it or maybe I do, but, there is one that brings back good memories of pleasant moments shared with my best friends in college: "Hey" from The Pixies.

You are on an island alone and you can choose only one book, which one would you NOT choose?
- I would not choose the one in English, because it would be somewhat difficult to read.

10 years have passed from now, #HIVE is worth 1,000 USD, in which country would you be having a coffee, with cookies and gummies?
- Definitely in Alaska, the white will be like being in the clouds.

Favorite cookie and ice cream flavor
- Chocolate cookies and red fruit ice cream.

Would you study another career apart from biology?
- Yes, I would have liked to study advertising or graphic design, also veterinary medicine, although the chef thing catches my attention. Other times I have thought that journalism ... I think I have not yet defined the career of my dreams.

- My second family, where I have brothers, friends and unlimited cookies.

- Marpa is the light of Hive

¿ Cuáles son tus tres canciones favoritas, y que te hacen sentir cuando las escuchas?
- Canciones favoritas, no recuerdo en este momento, quizá no tengo o quizás sí, pero, hay una que me trae buenos recuerdos de gratos momentos compartidos con mis mejores amigos en la universidad: "Hey" de The Pixies. 

Estas en una isla sola y puedes elegir un solo libro, ¿Cuál NO escogerías?
- No escogería el que está en inglés, porque sería algo complicado leerlo. 

Han pasado 10 años a partir de ahora, #HIVE vale 1.000 USD, ¿en que país te estarías tomando un café, con galletas y gomitas?. 
- Definitivamente en Alaska, su blanco será como estar en las nubes. 

Sabor favorito de galleta y helado
- Las galletas de chocolate y el helado de frutos rojos.

¿Estudiarías otra carrera aparte de la biología?. 
- Sí, me hubiera gustado estudiar publicidad o diseño gráfico, también veterinaria, aunque lo de chef me llama la atención. Otras veces he pensado que periodismo... Creo que aún no defino la carrera de mis sueños. 

Para ti, ¿Qué significa @TalentClub?
- Mi segunda familia, donde tengo hermanos, amigos y galletas sin límite.

- Gracias por existir y dejarme ser parte de tu vida.

Estás al lado de marpa en una parte del planeta, ¿Qué actividad de la preferencia de marpa crees estarían haciendo? 
- Estaríamos en un parque, paseando a Iris y Tequila, Isabella (mi hija) jugaría con ellas y tomaríamos café y galletas mientras hablamos y reímos

- Margarita es una persona muy jovial, inquieta, muy optimista y con muchas dotes artísticas.

Suponiendo que marpa decide subirse a un cohete espacial el día de mañana y no sabes cuándo volverán a hablar, ¿que consejo le darías?
- Le diría que siga viendo el mundo tan bello como lo ve actualmente.
