I almost always take a sketchbook and pencils with me when I go somewhere. Especially if I'm going for a long time. This is how, for example, I went to St. Petersburg, I took a lot of art material with me and even painted on the plane. By the way, I sent you these photos when I was drawing sketches on the plane. Upon arrival in St. Petersburg, I drew a lot of art, some I completed that were not ready yet, and some art I drew from scratch. After walking around St. Petersburg, I was inspired and drew new art.
When I go to nature, for example: to go fishing, to the river, just to fry a barbecue, I always take art material with me.
Even for a walk with my daughter, I also take a sketchbook and pencils with me, sometimes even on such a short walk I draw sketches in a sketchbook.
I like to draw in nature, on the street. Walks inspire, new ideas appear.
This time I took a sketchbook and gouache with me for a walk.

Such a fun illustrative style you have developed. It really maximizes the colors the way you use the gouache with pencil.

Ever seen the old Flintstones cartoons? Your plants would fit right in with the dinosaur foliage backdrops.
