Before I got involved with BRhodium, I knew nothing about crypto mining – aside from very basic concepts, like hash rate.  I still know very little, but have picked up a bit along the way - from “good, smart people” who understand mining, and undervalued investments.

BRhodium launched its MainNet in late October, with OTC prices around .0005 BTC.  I know this well, as I was the largest OTC trader at the time, and VERY active acquiror at those levels.  The project’s development has EXPLODED since, to the point that the price is trading steadily between .004 BTC and .005 BTC, up roughly 10x since MainNet launch.  Moreover, it was as high as .008 in heavy pre-exchange launch OTC trading in late December; .006 last month, on an equally massive price spike…and a whopping .01 BTC five days ago, following the biggest, highest volume price spike of all.

In each case, the price came back down, but for different reasons.  In January, it was unquestionably the “post-exchange overhang” – of XRC holders from last year’s BTC airdrop who were waiting for exchange launches to sell, or weren’t aware of the pre-exchange OTC market.  However, last month’s and last week’s post spike declines (in both cases, on MUCH lower volume than the price rises) were more about an ebbing of speculative sentiment than anything else.  This, as the BTC price has continued to slowly, but surely rise.

The reason I know this, is because one of XRC’s top miners informed me that the price has recently mirrored the “Nice Hash” rental price – which today, equates to roughly .004 BTC, right in line with XRC’s current top bid of .0041 BTC.

Obviously, the XRC price sometimes moves out of this “zone of zero speculation” – as we saw last weekend, when it surged on MASSIVE volume from .004 BTC to an ATH of .01 BTC.  However, the fact that it continues to gravitate to the hash rate rental price tells us there is ZERO speculation currently in the price.  Considering the hash rate is now at an ATH of just over 4.0 TH/s, steadily rising since public code release March 31st, is a very bullish sign - and if you simply read the XRC Discord boards, you’ll see countless new miners are arriving, to ask questions about how to mine XRC or create XRC mining pools.

This, as the crypto market continues to improve, and the XRC story starts the process of spreading virally.  As I have ALWAYS said, price follows hash rate.  It is doing so now in XRC, and I expect its hash rate to DRAMATICALLY rise by year-end – likely, blowing away the only other materially-sized crypto using the X13 algorithm; i.e., the completely useless, and extremely suspicious, “BDiamond”…which, I might add, has a market cap currently 10x that of BRhodium.
