Swapsteem adding feature to enable p2p lending

Inspired by the bank of [@neoxian](https://steemit.com/@neoxian) we are introducing the p2p lending feature to enable lending of fiat money with Steem or Steem power as collateral.

The p2p lending feature will include :

1. Lending to the bank of [@swapsteem](https://steemit.com/@swapsteem) at a predetermined interest rate. You can consider it as your savings account where you get interest for keeping money into the account.
2. Getting a loan from the bank of [@swapsteem](https://steemit.com/@swapsteem) with a collateral 2.1 Getting a loan with liquid STEEM/ SBD as collateral. 2.2 Getting a loan with SP and account keys as collateral.

We are open to discuss the interest rates for lending  and loan features. We will soon be implementing the features mentioned above on our demo application at www.swapsteem.online.
