Stir-fried beef and broccoli
Stir-fried dishes - delicious dishes indispensable in Asian cuisine. Really, this dish is quite versatile and there's no need to overthink it. If you have 30 minutes to make a yummy dinner then this you must try this recipe. I always have carrots in the fridge so added those as well. Carrots are always an ingredient in my stir-fries and soups, and carrots are packed with nutrients. The best way to enjoy beef and broccoli stir fry is to eat it with steamed white rice or fried noodles. It’s a delicious  meal that is gluten-free, dairy-free, and packed with protein.🤤

1. You have to use a good cut of beef to stir fry, i like to use tenderloin. Cut the beef into thin pieces, if it is thick, the beef will be tough. Marinate beef with a little fish sauce, cooking oil and pepper for 20 minutes. This step will let the beef absorb the flavor of the other ingredients. Moreover, the beef will be more tender if you marinate it with spices. |  Bạn phải chọn phần thịt bò ngon để xào nhé, mình thích sử dụng thịt thăn. Thái thịt bò thành từng miếng mỏng, nếu dày thịt bò sẽ bị dai. Ướp thịt bò với một chút nước mắm, dầu ăn và hạt tiêu trong 20 phút. Bước này để thịt bò ngấm gia vị của các nguyên liệu khác. Hơn nữa, thịt bò sẽ mềm hơn nếu bạn ướp gia vị.

2. The broccoli florets should all be close to the same size, the carrots should be slice into flowers. Fry the dried onions in a non-stick pan until the onions are golden brown, around 1 minute. Add the beef and sauté for about 2 minutes until the beef turns brown. Overcooking beef makes the meat tough.| Các bông cải xanh phải có kích thước gần bằng nhau, cà rốt nên cắt hình bông hoa. Chiên hành khô trên chảo chống dính cho đến khi hành có màu vàng nâu, khoảng 1 phút. Cho thịt bò vào xào khoảng 2 phút cho đến khi thịt bò chuyển sang màu nâu. Thịt bò nấu chín quá khiến thịt dai.

3. Add the broccoli to the pot of boiling water, bring to a rapid boil for 2 minutes, and pour into a basket to drain. Add the stir-fried broccoli and carrots, continue to stir-fry for another 4 to 5  minutes. When the vegetables have softened, return the beef to the pan. With everything already in the pan, add the last of the seasonings, stir well. Transfer to a serving plate. | Cho súp lơ vào nồi nước sôi, đun nhanh trong 2 phút, đổ ra rổ cho ráo nước. Cho bông cải xanh và cà rốt vào xào cùng, tiếp tục xào khoảng 4 đến 5 phút nữa. Khi rau đã mềm, cho thịt bò trở lại chảo. Với tất cả mọi thứ đã có trong chảo, thêm gia vị cuối cùng, khuấy đều. Chuyển sang đĩa và ăn ngon nha^^
